    I have been renting with Rhino Realty for multiple years and every year they have gotten progressively worse. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with someone there and when you do they always act like whatever your problem is, is not their problem and they will continue to try and pass the blame instead of taking responsibility especially when it comes to heavy appliances (i.e. water heater, AC unit).They changed their maintenance system to an online portal which is never responded to unless you make multiple requests, which they just wind up cancelling anyways so as to not to have to deal with the issue. When confronted with said information they simply said that's all they can do.I have complained multiple times in the past of not having hot water or heat (both things they constitute as an, emergency being without) and on every occasion nothing was ever done in a "timely fashion" especially for what they themselves have defined as being in an "Emergency Situation"If you value your time and money and definitely some peace of mind, DO NOT UTILIZE this company for anything.

    ********************* is a sweetheart! ******** us into renting a house we went through with Rhino two years ago and I have to say the price, location, and house itself was immaculate! Would definitely recommend rhino reality for anyone looking to find a rental. ??

    I tried to schedule a showing at the same property twice. The first time the agent canceled for the time slot I booked, so, I booked another one. No big deal. The agent didnt show for that time, so I figured Id try one more time and reschedule for the next day.I received a confirmation for the visit and arrived 25 minutes early to the property. I called the Rhino Realty contact number multiple times to send messages to the agent. I also texted the number on my confirmation email, but received no response. Again, the agent was a no show. A complete waste of time with no communication from a potential resident and customer.

    This is the worst experience I ever had renting an apartment which I am always 100% on time paying. They have no care for anything they don't fix things right and on time I would strongly suggest not using these people!

    Ms ********* was with us for two years, she was given a 30 day notice of non-renewal by the owner. We are sorry that she feels like we did not "fix things right" We wish her all the best in her new residence.

    *************** felt that the existing furnace was "unsafe". Accomodations were made for her with another heating source. She also requested that her bathtub be resurfaced which we accomodated. Orher issue she had were a leak from a swamp cooler and a property wide boiler issue. All of these work orders were addressed. ******************* was a tenant for two years and was not offered renewal. When she was not offered renewal she became very upset and threatened a lawsuit. It is confusing that if the property and the unit were ' the worst experience" she has ever had why she would want to stay. That being said, we wish ******************* the best of luck in her new home and wish her the best.

    This is the worst company property Management company to ever be allowed to run or work in the real estate industry. They have a preference of how you can pay your rent they overcharge for rent for one and then when you try to pay through their portal which does not work correctly they charge you an extra $10 for paying through the portal. They do not allow for you to bring your payments in to their office which is located very far across the city. They are the hardest people to get in contact with they do not ever answer or respond to messages. Yesterday they went into my apartment and changed my locks claiming that they had left notice of court hearing for eviction and a 10-day notice about my dog that is in limbo in regards to a probate hearing situation I never received any sort of notification from any one posted on my door or otherwise. Absolutely 100% do not ever rent or allow them to property Management your property they are the very worst scum criminals in real estate

    Respect, accountability and action are not part of Rhino Realty DNA.If you are a property owner and expect Rhino Realty to assign a person to your property to make sure things are running well, they don't operate that way. They have silos of responsibility, two software platforms (one for running leases/getting payment, one for maintenance requests), neither of which are set up or used properly. My AC was down for a year - the months of June and July 2023 were particularly bad (apartment never below 90 degrees, even at night), and I had to leave windows and doors open which in this neighborhood is dangerous. The situation only got appropriate attention when I withheld rent. Then I was threatened with eviction. There was no one person to call to troubleshoot their issues. They never acknowledged their errors or apologized. In the meantime, the property owners were charged for 9 visits from contractors when the first three proved it needed replacement. So even if you don't care about you're tenants, they are inefficient and costing you money. If you are a renter, find another property and move on. Initially, they treat you like you don't know what you're talking about, and I think assume that most people don't want to rock the boat and that they don't have to be attentive, respectful, accurate or to resolve issues. If you stand up for yourself, you get ignored or they attempt to shout you down without looking into it. Currently, their payment system is down - at least I can't pay through it this month - and while they won't acknowledge or fix the issue, they did have someone come put a pay or quit notice on my door. Over the last year there were multiple police/swat team actions at the building and they never once checked in or acknowledged the situation. I have not felt like my living situation is secure since they took over for the owners a year ago. If you see the huge ugly green Rhino sign, run, don't walk, to the next property on your list.

    ******************* had issues with her AC previous to Rhino taking over management of the property. Several of the visits she alludes to were done under the previous management company. We were able to work with the owners to have the system replaced with a new AC. In addition, she received a credit of an entire months rent for not having a fully functioning AC, which she fails to mention.******************* did have some difficulties navigating the portal which were also resolved, during that time she was neogtiating a lease renewal for this coming year. The tenant who was the involved in the "swat" incident was given a 30 day notice and was evicted by Rhino several months ago. When we received information regarding that incident we began the process of evicting as soon as we received the owners approval. ******************* has never been disrepected by anyone in our office and her statements regarding this are false. We will continue to provide the best service we can to all of our tenants including ******************* if she does decide to renew her lease. But we do understand that we cannot please everyone and wish her the best if she chooses to move on. It is also unfortunate that ******************* feels that it is necessary to insult our marketing, we love our signage and have received countless compliments on them. But to each their own.
