    On July 11, 2024 I submitted a maintenance request for *** ******* ***** ** *** ** ************ ** ***** Maintenance request #******* For a leak in bathroom ceiling in the tub area. Which continues to get worse and has now infiltrated the interior walls and bedroom closet. Causing an unsafe and unsanitary condition within the apartment. The maintenance request was not fulfilled with 7 days of submission as required by Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act Sections 47-8-27.2 and 47-8-37NMSA 1978. My request continues to NOT have been fulfilled on the date of this submission July 29, 2024

    Our maintenance department and our plumber have had difficulty getting into the apartment above this gentleman's apartment to repair the water leak.

    I was scheduled for Monday morning at 9:30 am-today.

    It should be repaired and we will do the repairs in his unit now to bring his unit back up to standards.

    We are sorry for the delay, but the tenant above him made it difficult for us to finish this.

    Re: complaint ******** I have been in contact with ****** ****** and we have resolved the issue with an amicable solution. I am satisfied with the results and would like to close this matter as soon as possible.
