    Last week my air conditioning/heater unit quit working. It was installed in April 2019 by ACR, w/4 yr labor warranty, 3 yrs complimentary maintenance, factory warranty, 20 yrs on heat exchange, 10 yrs on parts@a cost of $10393.90. I was told repairman would arrive between 8:30-10:30am, Thursday June 16th. My son-in-law waited, missing work, but at 11:30 still not showed or called. I called ACR who hung up on me after I asked where they were. Eventually a guy showed up, changed a fuse but left the cover off. Stated it worked now & left. After a few hours realizing the house was only getting hotter called back. Repairman said he would come next morning with a new compressor. Once again son-in-law missed work waiting for someone who never showed, never called. ACR's business phone only answers my attempts to call them since Friday morning with a message that voice mail not set up. Then disconnects. I had to hire another company, pay after hours fee just to find out it isn't the compressor, most likely a capacitor, but couldn't get it fixed until Monday afternoon...so living in a house 87-90 degrees. I have never seen or experienced such poor service, especially not showing when scheduled & not even bothering to call me.
