      Signed a contract with Beaver Pools & Spa on 11/10/23 for the construction a of a swimming pool, spa and automatic cover. As of today the pool was not been completed for total usage, heater cannot be utilized and automatic pool cover has not been delivered or installed and has not been approved by the City of Albuquerque's Zoning Department for usage. I have consistently attempted to contact Mr B***** to know avail. He has, for the most part, ignored many texts and phone calls, of which can be verified. What was for me a dream come true for me to own a swimming pool and benefit for my health issues, has turned out to be a total nightmare causing me extreme stress and additional expenditures. All emails, phone calls and text messages have for the most part gone unanswered, at this point this formal complaint will be the first step in an attempt to hold this contractor responsible for total services not rendered although the contractor has collected 95% money I have paid him. Shame on Cache B***** for talking advantage of this Senior Citizen.

      ********* ****** and I signed a contract for a new pool construction on 11/10/23. The project was started shortly after and on schedule.  Come June 2024 my entire office staff quit and shortly after I was aware of money being mishandled by my staff. I informed Mrs.****** promptly about my situation and how this would cause a delay in the completion of the project. The automatic safety cover was the only remaining part of the project other than the final inspections once this was completed.  Because of this inconvenience for my customer, we performed free pool services to make sure their pool was clean and chemicals were balanced until we could complete the project.  As for the lack of communication stated in the complaint, after explaining my situation I received numerous text messages and phone calls at all hours of the day and night about what I had already explained to Mrs. ******. As of today the cover has been installed and final inspections are scheduled for completion of this project. Concerning the statement of my company taking advantage of a senior citizen I disagree, as stated above I had my techs taking care of Mrs. ******'s pool  weekly at no charge.

      Sorry for the late reply. Presently Cache B***** responded to the complaint and has taken the steps to resolve most of the outstanding requests. Still awaiting final inspection. My only concern now is that Beaver Pools adheres to all warranties on a timely basis without his excuses on why It took him over a year, which he still hasn't finished, to complete final inspection

      We are currently waiting for our final inspections.  We only have two left.  The electrical final and the building final.  We have to wait for electrical to be completed before we can pull the building final.  The planning department at the city is currently short staffed, so it is taking a little longer at the moment to get things finalized. The warranty for the pool and the equipment will be provided to the customer at the end of the project.
