They use a subcontractor to pre-wire the house to the fiber and have no information about when it will happen. I have been waiting for four weeks with no date scheduled yet. I will update when I have service, but a month plus to hook up service with no warning is not right. First ********** said maximum of 15 days. Second ********** said minimum of 14 days on day 14. I could have already had another provider had they been honest about their install time.

If I could leave zero stars I would!! The absolute worst internet provider I've ever had. Our internet goes out at least it dozen times a day and the people who work for this company have no idea what they're doing or how to fix any problem other than telling you to reset your modem. Dial up back in the day was better than this. If you have other options please try them before getting into the hellish partnership that is TDS internet.

One of the absolute worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Horrendous customer service, internet is spotty at best from just one room over and their payment practices are practically criminal. Moving 15 minutes off my military base and needing internet activated is a $100 "activation fee". The internet still didn't work for an hour and a half afterwards. THEN they dared to charge me $150 for a BROKEN router the company sent me 3 years ago that, from the looks of it, cost maybe $50 at most. Of course I didn't find any of this out from looking at my bill on my account. It was in my bill notification e-mail and for a whole WEEK, I couldn't actually access my account cause their garbage website wasn't allowing anyone to sign in. When I called customer service, they didn't even have my name or address on file for my account and tried to sell me their dogshit service and when they FINALLY managed to recognize I was already a customer, their representative was incredibly rude and snippy when telling me my artificially inflated bill. But the cherry on top is that this bill was NOT autopaid like I had selected. SOMEHOW, it had been turned off and thus, today, I have an even LARGER bill to pay with a late fee for not paying a bill that should have been taken care of a MONTH ago. DO NOT get TDS, even if you live at ********************. You're better off just getting the fastest unlimited hotspot option from your phone carrier and using THAT for your internet.
