Just dont buy or do any business with these ppl. If I can give a zero star I would have. At first they very nice, helpful and cooperative. I talked to one of their sales reps over phone to make a purchase over-phone and have bike shipped to me. Everything went fine, they processed payment and told me I can start arranging shipping on my own. After talking to them about best pickup date I scheduled a pickup and paid extra just for faster processing. However on day of pickup and as the carrier was on the way, one of their managers called me saying they wont allowing the shipping. Since their sales agent shouldnt have sold me the bike with a card overphone and that they will cancel the whole transaction. I offered to pay by check or other methods of payment and still they said no, unfortunately i had already paid the carrier a nonrefundable deposit of $195 and when I asked to be reimbursed for this fee since the cancellation was from their end, they refused completely and become very rude and disrespectful. They admitted that their employee made a mistake and that they will train them better but still they wont respect that as a customer I shouldnt be responsible for their mistakes. On top of all that as I asked for a refund from their manager he said we will process a refund within next few days, I told him can you plz process it now so I can use the funds to buy from elsewhere, he became very disrespectful and said we will refund when we can. I paid instantly the full amount when I was asked to pay but they were holding onto my money and refund at their own pace even tho the cancellation was their request to begin with.
