      Purchased driveshaft in February. Took video to show the part detective. Company contacted and said they would replace with another one. Then they could not locate a replacement. *** said that he would refund money. Company does not return emails or phone calls and does not warranty their written agreement. Never had an issue with a vendor before. This is just not right.

      WE DID NOT REFUND THE CUSTOMER HIS MONEY,  BECAUSE HE MENTIONED,  HE COULD DISPUTE THE CHARGE ON HIS CREDIT CARD.   AS FAR AS WE KNOW HE DISPUTED THE CHARGE ON HIS CREDIT CARD.   IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE THE CUSTOMER NEEDS, PLEASE LET US KNOW.

      had bout a rear diff for a 2015 ford f150 4x4 the rear dif that i need is a rear diff assm, 9.75 diam. with 355 gear ratioo. also provided them with the vin#. they billed the right diff# 9.75 355 gears thet sent a 8.8 rear diff with 355 gears wont work so contacted the company feb 16 2023 talked to coery took vin# again then called me back the same day and said that they were going to send me the right one on the 17th of feb. so i waited until the 23rd of feb still no diff.so i called again, cant talk to any one know, they put you on hold and never come back. really un professional. the contact person CHAD is very rude and unwilling to help out. very rude????? it is now 4-10-2023 still no diff they have said has been in weather delay for 2 weeks. [WHAT] how is that even possible. so i told him i need to cancel out this order and get the diff else were. CHAD very rudely stated to me do what you have to do. so i told him i am going to do a charge back becouse they wont refund my money or pick up the rong diff. so i told him i will just do a charge back on my credit card. CHAD then again stated to me just do what you have to do. i then hung up the phone with him. called the credit card company and ask for a charge back. then we processed with charge back. texted back MR CHAD. told him charge back is done. then he processed to tell me they were going to charge me for freight both ways for there screw up. wow. i just want them to come get the one they sent that was wrong. I will bye from another savage yard. they have had my customer with out a truck for over a month thats not ok. also will be sending a letter to the owners. JEANNIE AND DARRYL B*****. just to make sure they are a were of this problem chad has created. THANKYOU.

      WE ORDERED THE PART FROM ANOTHER YARD AND HAD THE PART SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER.  THE OTHER YARD SENT THE INCORRECT PART.  CHAD TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER AND HE AGREED TO HAVE THE CORRECT PART SENT TO HIM.  THE TRANSPORT COMPANY TOOK TO LONG TO GET HIM THE CORRECT PART AND THE CUSTOMER CANCELED.  THE CORRECT PART DID SHOW UP BUT HE REFUSED IT.  IT WAS FRUSTRATING FOR THE CUSTOMER AND FOR US.  THE SHIPPING COMPANY HAD SEVERAL EXCUSES FOR TAKING SO LONG TO SEND THE CORRECT PART.
