  The five star review you see is by the owner. His name is ****** *. Anyway, I was a customer recently and now because of this cell phone repair company, I am now in the hole for purchasing a whole new product because he destroyed my device. See what happened is I've been trying to work with this individual for a few months now and I had paid for services and products in advance. Each time I came in to get the work done on my device he was too busy. I understood that so never held that against him. But when I asked my elder to go in to get her device fixed and to explain that parts and service had already been paid for he rudely declined her service and told her to leave the store. I have to come back to this small town and walk The device in myself. The work was done but had to return within the hour bc the screen had blown out. He was rude about it and tried to offer 300 to replace a screen But I said no and then he tried to offer 180 I still said no. He put the device back together I took it to get a second opinion to his competitor and his competitor fixed the issue. He said the screen hadn't been attached to the board correctly & that there are 2 screws missing from the interior of the device. Cell ********************************************* had done sloppy work and tried to scam me into purchasing more products and wasting more money on his business. Do not come here. He will also ** information Make false allegations against you if you leave a bad review. So I'm here reporting him currently to the better Business bureau and this business needs to be investigated because if he's trying to scam me and a few other people in his review section on ****** then there needs to be some kind of investigation going on here. But please do not come here. There are better options and do your research before attempting to have somebody work on your device. There are better options out there.

  In responce to this review. Customer did come in once, we did not turn customer away. asked them to leave ********************** with us for few hours as we had other customers in line for repairs.The ********************** they brought in was a refurbished phone. Way you can tell is there was no factory seal. when i opened phone i did notice to 2 screws missing which when customer picked up ********************** i did explain this to them. Phone was working perfect when they left with it. They came back 2 hours later and said screen wasnt working. I reopened and check all conections and they were correct.. I explained to customer that it was possilbe since it was a refurb phone that screen went out. i then offered to replace screen at our cost which was 180 since we use use only factory parts.She declined repair. If phone was wired wrong screen would have never come on when picked up..Customer was called back in june when parts came in and only came in once but didnt want to leave devise with ***** for our ****** reviews they are good. yes we had a few bad reviews, i think 3 out of 40 something is good. And this customer called our store threaten to follow me home and kill me. Our calls are recorded for traing and this was giving to Gallup Police. Also had 2 customers in here at time which call was on speaker phone..and heard the threats made againist me and our store.

  Has to be the best in Gallup..I've had my phones to mall many times, just never seemed right after repair. I was told to try Cell Phone Doctor out. The minute I walked into this place, it was just inviting looking. The owner ******************** me with a smile, asked me alot out questions about whats wrong and any other repairs done. Once we did all that, I was quoted and price and work started. It was fast and painless. Learned some new things about my phone. My wife and I went back a few days later and bought new phones from them. ****** took the time to set each phone up before we left. Will tell everyone to go here..Also ****** has 2 ferrets to see..
