I brought my vehicle to get an estimate. I went back 3 days later to find out if my insurance was paying. They had already started taking my vehicle apart without consent. I told them I was going to fix my vehicle some where else. They had already deposited the check my insurance sent. I have been trying to get the money back for the past 60 days and they keep giving me excuses. They are very unprofessional and unethical and don’t care for the customers.Business response

When the customer decided to take the vehicle somewhere else, there is a protocal that we have to follow in order to return funds. First, all parts need to be returned and credits need to be recieved in order to release funds to the customer. Once completed, we need to get a letter from the insurance company stating that it is ok to release funds to customer as they are the ones paying for the vehicle to be fixed. In this particular case, we were unable to do so as there is still a lein with a bank. The Insurance company involved has reached out to the customer and either refunded him or sent payment to the shop of his choice.
