CCC Inc. built my pool and on March 25,2022 the pool was filled with water and about 4 days after it was filled the blue plaster started show white spots and large white streaks. I informed ******* the contractor and he said just keep brushing . I would brush 2 to 3 times a day and noticed the spots were getting bigger and bigger. I asked ******* to please come over to look at how bad the plaster was . After 7 months of begging for him and the guy that plastered they came over November 18, 2022 and decided on January they would empty the pool and do a acid wash . In the middle of January ******* (CCC. Inc) came and emptied my pool and the next day the company which I don’t know the name of came and did a acid wash and about 30 mins in he let me know that this isn’t working that he needed to ask some experts of what to use and he would get back with my contractor by Friday. To this day I haven’t heard a word . I had a qualified swimming pool inspector that’s been in the pool business for 40 years and she came over to give me her expertise opinion to what’s wrong with the plaster. In her expert opinion she said it’s very obvious they used to much Calcium Cloride . She wrote a letter so I could send to CCC Inc. with a demand letter. We gave CCC Inc a week to respond and nothing. So my pool need to be replastred and now he abandoned the work that was supposed to get fixed.

We advise all of our customers to have their pool serviced for the first year by someone certified to do so. We also provided a video on pool care, with instructions on how to properly care for a new pool. In this instance, our customer stated they would do it themselves. They used liquid chlorine, and that is very damaging to a new pool's plaster. With servicing the pool themselves, and using liquid chlorine, the 1 year warranty was voided.
