A year warrant is great but they only do warranty work Monday through Friday 8-5 but don't most of us have something we are doing during that time? Make sure you have a long list roofers, contractors and find you someone to take care of your stucco because it won't be long until you're having to pay a pretty ***** for things you shouldn't have to worry about in only 5 years time.

Flat roofs require a fair amount of maintenance especially as the roof ages. By installing this elastomeric paint, it will stop deterioration from our harsh *******.
