      Had a quote done to repair roof inside bedroom we settled on sep 27 2024 to start Mr ******* never showed up failed attempts to call me back messages never answered still am awaiting my $500.00 dollars I paid for materials he said he will be giving me back my money as of Oct still no response doesn't answer calls text messages

      On August 28th myself and ******* ******* (RMS) signed a contract for the installation of a 5 ton gas package unit as well as the installation of duct work. I and my girlfriend have paid RMS a total of $5,400 and up to this point cannot turn the unit on, have a leak in the living room where ******* made a roof penetration for a return duct to the unit. There is no electrical hooked up to the unit and gas has not been installed to the unit either. RMS claims to be a licensed contractor in the state of New Mexico and they are not. The leak has been ongoing for a month. RMS is fully aware of the issue and has done nothing to fix the issue. There has been a breach in the contract that both parties have signed. This is a terrible company and should not be allowed to do this type of work any more.

      Reveles Mechanical Services did agree and sign to a contract with customer for a 5 ton gas package unit, duct work, electrical and gas hook up. The system was installed and duct work done unfortunately we could not finish the electrical and gas hook up because there was payment arrangements made for the remaining $3,260 as per the contract that were not paid. We have an arranged mediation date with **** *** ****** ********** coming up in where we hope both parties can come to a resolution that can ease any inconvenience on both ends.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      ******* Reveles is not a licensed contractor in the state of New Mexico and should not be performing work in the state of New Mexico that requires a contractors license such as the work that was never completed on my house. The leak in my roof was never fixed by his company even though he knew about it for about 6 months. Electrical wires were left lying on the roof that could have sparked a fire or done enumerous amounts of other damages to my house. His gas line was never installed and so i was forced to heat my house with a fire place after I removed gas heaters in my home due to the fact that I was promised the unit would be up and running in a month from when the work was agreed upon. I had to have another company that was licensed in the state of New Mexico remove the unit and replace it with a new one as well as run all the duct work and fix the leak in my roof. RMS is not an option for construction work, they are just another problem.
