      The problem I have with the business is that they left me on foot after dealing with them to fix my truck for four months after I bought it I had took it back to get checked because it was making a noise that was not normal for this type of vehicle after I took in the vehicle they informed me that the vehicle needed to stay for further inspection so they let me borrow a borrowed vehicle after two months of seeing my truck in the front of there dealership I called them to ask them what was wrong with my truck and told me that they would call me later for a week straight so I decided to get a hold of a GM to get things sorted out because I wasn’t getting no answers after I got a hold of Mauro from the service department he told me he would take care of it so I let it be for about a week and called again I was told it was a normal noise but I was determined it wasn’t because my family owns two similar truck and suggested for a second opinion and they told him that the noise was not normal so they left the truck at a ford dealership to be diagnosed and so i followed up after another week and still no answer so I told them to find me a different truck that I wanted a reliable truck so they payed off my truck loan and tried to get me a truck for a week and said they couldn’t find me one that fit my needs and also took away the borrowed vehicle from me and I asked why he told me that the deal can only lend a vehicle for two weeks so I told the two weeks I been in a borrowed vehicle for for months and he told me sorry there’s nothing I can do and leaving me and my family on foot I also lost my trade in in this mess so now I don’t have a vehicle for transportation

      We tried to help this customer get financing on his vehicle unfortunately some of the stipulations from the bank couldn’t be met.  We tried to get him refinanced but where unable to do so. We have refunded all down payments moneys due to him and though we where unable to return his trade he was paid the equity from his trade.  We can’t dispute credit hits do we only act as an agent to the banks we work with.  He was infact trying to get a vehicle so the inquires are valid.

      I am rejecting this response because:I was left with out a vehicle and lost my job do to lack of transportation and left me and my family without any for of transportation and no way to get back home

      I purchased a vehicle here and acquired a extended warranty. I decided I wanted to cancel the said warranty and went through the process of cancelling with them and the actual warranty company. And the process is the warranty company refunds the dealership and the dealership refunds the customer. This was all explained and completed via email with the warranty company y and the dealership in August 2021. The dealership still hasn’t refunded me after staying their process is to get the refund from the warranty company then overnighting the payment to the customer or finance company the next day. They received the payment from the warranty company in august 2021. And they have ignored and not called me back ever since. Please help me get my over $5,000 back

      In reference to the BBB Complaint that was submitted on 10/29/2021 We have refunded this money to her bank that holds the loan on the vehicle.  Attached is the check that we sent out on 10/27 to her bank in some cases the bank can take a week or so to process any payoffs or payments to the account balance but everything on our end has been completed.
