BBB please intercede for us with GreenTech ENERGY Las Cruces, NM. We don’t want to pursue legal actions through the New Mexico State Attorney General’s office. GreenTech ENERGY through their sales rep, Blaine E******, Truth or Consequences, NM Ph# ###-###-#### contracted with us to do a solar analysis, design and installation of solar system for 93000$. Oct 22, 2021 Titan Solar Power was to start our project…it is now Dec 5, 2022, we still don’t have solar service. We have been paying on the loan through ******** **** **. for the solar AND ALSO paying our Electric Co-op. We simply can’t afford to do this as we are both on fixed incomes, one an Army veteran serving for 23 years and myself his caretaker. We chose GREENTECH ENERGY because they advertise as veteran owned with significant veteran discounts (20%) and a 25 year warranty. We were told all communication should go through GreenTech. The veteran I work for and live on the same property, **** *****, is unable to have phone communications. Past failed communications over delays from upgrading, placing an electric power pole in the wrong place, digging that out replacing it, finding out through an OCT 27, 2022 addendum (three so far to our contract!) the ground solar panels in our yard are unavailable. This latest addendum (to a confusing contract) through TITAN says they will take off $4,266 from the original contract. We need this situation resolved and our solar in use especially for the upcoming winter weather. We’ve had no luck through GREENTECH ENERGY and Blaine E****** to help us with the installers even though GREENTECH says they are the company with whom we’ve contracted. Both companies have failed to follow-up though their websites, TITAN quotes 1 Corinthians 15:58 and GREENTECH ENERGY uses veteran status is dishonest and abhorrent . Please help us resolve this as soon as possible. TSP # ************ is our account but since GreenTech ENERGY has our contract we are not aware of our account number.
