- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Viome offers a full refund for Viome Services in the amount of the actual purchase price paid to Viome excluding any shipping and handling fees if any (“purchase price”), provided that the order is canceled within 24 hours of the purchase.
If a refund is requested (with the return of the kit), after 24 hours of purchase but within 14 days of purchase, we offer a refund in the amount of the purchase price. The shipping and handling costs plus tax (if any and where applicable) are non-refundable.
No refund will be available if Viome determines, in its sole discretion, that the user has violated any of these Terms. Qualifying refunds received within 14 days of the purchase date will be issued within 45 days of the refund request date. Upon completion of your refund, if you do not have other services registered, your Viome Account access may be discontinued and the kit subject to the refund will not be processed. - Business Categories
