    On or about April 19, 2022, I hired Beto Esparza of Los Lunas, NM to pour a concrete patio at my home. He poured the patio. A portion of the patio sank. It took me two weeks of texts and phone calls for him to respond to my home to review the issue. He promised he would research the issue and contact me later. After his promise, 10 days passed and no contact with me for a solution. I finally text him on May 25, 2022 to return to me $125 to cover the cost of a repair to the patio he poured. He has ignored all attempts of contact since. He did not pay.
