  I spoke to Adrian N****** on Monday 10th Jan. 2022 on response to a Google ap. for fencing. He called me, we agreed to put up 300 feet of 6 wood fence for 3100. 1500.00 up front for post, material. When we noticed that Mr. N****** was getting landscaping post and very little concrete and only going down 1 foot on 8 foot post structure, very weak so we talked to him but he kept saying he puts up fences and he knows. We informed him that we needed a 6 foot fence, he was going to cut the 8 foot post. What was suppose to be a post. So we went outside to show him that the structure (fence) was weak and would move with me just moving it. He kept saying it would be fine regardless of concerns he shorted us about 15-20 feet from the 300 feet. He and my husband measured so he said he was going to charge us $160.00 more for more material. He said he needed 1500.00 for material in the first place. Then he said he needed the rest of the money to pay his employee so he sign a promissory note with new price added he said the balance was 1600. so from 3100.00 to 3200.00. +plus. The extra 160.00 so total 3360.00 he never came back when we gave him the other money he guaranteed his work over and over again. The first wind storm the fence fell and he also barried the lower part of the fence under the dirt. We had to unbury it, fence was still untreated and it also made the fence lower than 6' fence. We called him he never answered then I offered him a new deposit on the rest of the fence I wanted up. He right away text me saying he needed 1600. up front. I said ok but please finish the other few feet, he no longer answers us. We are not well off, so we did 300 feet at a time, we paid with our tax returns. He promised. He guaranteed us, we trusted him. I have promisary note signed by both of us, date's, balances.
