      We call Franciscos when a tub panel (installed by another company) came loose. **** took our call and was wonderful! Her parents were driving in our area and stopped by and looked at all our bathrooms - the noticed a couple of surrounds in a master tub her loose too. They said we will send a crew out to you - which they did promptly. The two man crew popped off the panels - took them to our garage cleaned and wax them and re-installed them! They looked brand new - They are wonderful people and we were very pleased.

      **** and **** are not honest people, I am only adding one star because it doesnt allow you to by pass. I dont want another person to be taken advantage of especially an elderly person. We were referred to them for granite counter tops. We paid them to come out to give us an estimate and then met them at ******************** in ***********. We thought everything was going well until their installer came to our home to put the granite counters and blacksplash, the countertops had several cracks in it and the backsplash was left with big gaps from wall. We contacted **** and told him we were not happy with the gaps that were left in our kitchen and were not ok with them just adding a huge amount of silicon which made it look really bad, he and his wife **** came out to our house so they could see the work that was done, **** stated our floor was not leveled that was the reason for gaps then proceeded to say that they would remove the backsplash and replace with tile and replace the cracked slab, we offered to give them money to purchase tile and **** stated to us we will take care of it we want you to be happy. Next day **** sends us a text saying she was sending ****** in cash saying she spent too much time trying to find tile and we would need to figure it out. this was after they told us they would take care of us. So much for wanting to make sure we were happy. This is the way they take care of customers by not completing the work that was promised
