  June 30, 2022 Went to Menual ***************************** to get oil change on 2013 Dodge Avenger. He told us it will be $59.00. Call me, when they are finish. We decide to walk around that area. We went back to the shop. He told us I was trying to call you couple of times, but it goes to voicemail. He told us that we got a bad oil pan gasket. Bad leak! It must be, where you park your car. I dont know if you have any oil in there. If you dont get it fix it will just get worst. That is why I waited on changing your oil. It will cost $309.99 plus oil change. We got Payless credit card asked if they accept it. They said no, but we got our own credit card that you can apply. I told them no. I got one card and I dont want another card. I told them Ill take the car to ********** where they accept my card. I asked if I could have paper on what I needed on my car. He was hesitant on giving me the paper. I told him if the other place is higher, Ill come back. I checked on my phone call log, no phone call from them. Ive been getting my oil change at Menual *****************************, since 2010. Last time was with 2008 ***** somewhere around 2016, cant remember year. They told us we need special kind of oil, since it was an older model car. They told us the same thing our car got bad oil pan gasket. Bad leak. If they dont fix it, they wouldnt be responsible, if our car breaks down. If it breaks down dont bring back here. We didnt have a choice, but we got it fixed. We dont own the *****; we gave it to our Granddaughter. When he told us the same thing about bad oil leak, that is when I decide, not to let them work on the car. Took are car to ********************* ********************, *********** **. Ask them about the leaking oil pan gasket. No leak. They change the oil in the car. I would appreciate your assistance in looking into my complain.
