    I hired Storage Solutions of NM LLC to build a storage shed for me and after paying then they communicated for a month then ghosted me. I paid $9880.00 up front and they now will not communicate with me. Last time I communicated with them they stated “sue me” which I am going to do

    Hello ** ******, I understand your frustration with this process. Due to your property being in a flood zone the zoning department had to get the flood engineer involved, the engineer contacted us but also let us know that it would be his last day working with the county. So therefore what he was required was no longer valid. The county just recently subcontracted the an engineering company to fill in. They were in the process of reviewing it as of 10/18/23. We have been constantly calling the county to get updates but unfortunately they were unable to provide me any details regarding the flood zone requirements. I have never received a call or text from you prior to 10/19/23 regarding your concerns. We have been ready to start this project but as the county can't approve it without the flood engineers approval we have had to wait. We have all of our crews scheduled as soon as it gets approved.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     The point of contact we were given was Miguel, your son. He was it first point of contact, he was who we were in communication with and he ghosted us on 9/28. That is when I contacted ****** and he was belligerent from the get go. If you are true to your word I will need a copy of your insurance to proceed. I contacted Sandoval County Sheriffs department and Deputy Reyes who contacted you spoke with permitting and he was told you were given a method to get the permit but you refused that method. ******* also stated if I cancel the contract he would sue me for breach of contract. I feel the contract has already been breached by *******. I will wait 3 months then I will seek council since you have a method of getting the permit yet you will not go that route. I will also need the proof of insurance to proceed.
