On 9/27 my wife ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad ($20 with tip, she claims is the best salad ever because of the salad dressing). She orders this salad just about once a week as her treat for dinner. We live 20 minutes away and I come to town to pick it up. On this day they forgot to give her the dressing, I called them about the issue and was told, " sorry that this happened, next time we will fix this, I will give you a discount the next time you order the salad". On Friday the 9/30 she once again ordered her salad. I picked it up and was given the check, I reviewed the check it was no more than $1.00 less than usual. I told the hostess that I was promised a discount, she looked at it and stated that she did not do this and called for the hostess that created the ticket. She came out and I questioned the total, she informed me that the total is correct, she gave me a $1 discount on my order, instead of the usual $18 it was only $17! What business would do this to any customer as a resolution, and we order weekly from them, even worse. My wife will desire this salad again so not going back is not the answer.
