    I had an appointment on 2.28.23 @ 1:00 p.m. I tried logging in at 12:58 p.m. and was told my password expired because I was late. After speaking with the gentleman at the front desk, I was told this is customary, normal practice. I was supposed to log on at 12:55 p.m. for the 1:00 p.m. appointment. When I asked to speak with ************************, I was told he was in an appointment with a patient. This makes absolutely no sense. He was supposed to be meeting with me at 1:00 p.m. for a 40-minute appointment. After requesting to speak with ************************, I was referred to the Chief Medical Officer's line and advised to leave a message- I left a message and called the front desk again and was sent to voicemail. Within the hour, I was emailed a message that my application was placed on a waiting list. I can't believe the way this establishment canceled my appointment. Now, I must search for a new medical professional (which is probably for the best). I thought ************************ was willing to help me with my challenges; I thought Upper Valley was in the business of helping people- I was wrong. Good luck to all those seeking care with this establishment.

    We are saddened to see reviews like this that mischaracterize our practice as un-caring. We make every attempt to ensure our patients connect for their appointments on-time. We encourage patients to connect 5 minutes early to avoid any technical difficulties. If patients contact us before their scheduled appointment time, we are more than willing to reschedule them or see how we can help.New and existing patients appreciate our system that ensures they are seen on-time, every-time. Of course, there are patients who prefer the traditional medical model that allows ***** periods and late check-ins. We feel this type of system leads to rushed appointments, unhappy providers, unhappy patients, and long wait times. When a patient is a no-show for their appointment, our providers will work on administrative tasks such as calling existing patients to process FMLA paperwork, letters, and, perform prior authorizations for medication refills. For potential patients reading this review, we encourage you to review our transparent policies and we would be more than happy to explain them to you prior to signing up for our services. You can call our clinic where you will be met with a live person, never any phone prompts or voicemails.
