    In July 2022 I was in a monsoon flood that seized the engine on my vehicle. Because I was in the Military there are no auto repair shops on base that could rebuild my engine. So because I follow a car group on Social Media I decided to reach out to find a shop who could rebuild my engine. Well this one guy reached out to me and his name was Robert R***** says he was the owner of Custom Auto Works LLC and he could help me rebuild my engine. We towed the vehicle to his shop and payed for parts and labor in full and the process went from there. He kept in touch and updated me last in September 2022 and that was the last I heard from him. I texted him and message him that I was soon getting out of the Military in November 2022 but then the Military pushed back and said January 2023. So of course I left him a voicemail saying he still has enough time to finished my vehicle. Fast forward I was finally out of the Military after serving 6yrs on January 23,2023 and yet my vehicle is still not done. I was trying to figure out how to get home to my home state of Arizona. I called my Mom and she drove to El Paso to get me and my stuff from there we decided to stop by the shop to check on the vehicle and it was still in the same spot had not been touched probably along with other vehicles sitting there. I called him 3times that day we were in front of the shop and no answer. We had to head our way home back to Arizona. Till this day as I type this my vehicle that I am still paying monthly on is still there. How do I make sure my vehicle is done and get it back.
