      I have booked for a helicopter ride landing in GCW on 05/19. My slot is booked for 11:15 and I checked in before 11:00 am as I was instructed. The ride is supposed to be completed in 40 mins(including fly and 20 mins in bottom of canyon). BUT PAPILLON team has left us stranded at the bottom of canyon for 2 hours at >105F with just tent hunt to stay under. We had to endure the severe weather condition for 2 hours instead of 20 mins. Due to this my wife got sick and the remaining days of trip was wasted and our vacation was spoiled. We had to visit zion national park for sunset, but we are not even able to make it. When approached the front desk with the issue, we were told that there is some maintenance activity. But NO ONE CARED for the customers. NO ONE informed about the delay. The crew at bottom of canyon are also has no information of what was going on. As our vacation was spoiled by Papillon helicopter, the sent email with complete details but we have not received any response either. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD.
