6/62022. Dropped off a working wrist watch , my dad's from ww11, asked to have it cleaned. Sent to there repair man which over the three months he had it. I was told by a employee that it needed new spring. I said OK. After several weeks, I was told having a problem, only works when up side down. Then I was told the watch man did not like a jewel and would replace it for free. When it came back it was not working at all. I was told o well, take it to somewhere else. My wife wore this watch two days before I took it in for certain cleaning. They are not willing to try to resolve this at all. They said that I could send it to **** for @500.00 dollars. Was to be $150.00 to clean originally.
