We made a purchase of appliances on Saturday from Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet. The next day we found the same items for way less. We called to cancel the order and they are refusing to do so, even though their cancellation policy posted on their website allows for cancellations of undelivered/unused products. They are refusing based on a sign on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper that they expect store patron to seek out. No one mentioned to us during our entire purchase process that all sales are final. Nor does it state that on our receipt. They simply expect patrons to somehow notice the sign posted somewhere. I still have no idea where it was posted but the kid working at the store today (Austin) made sure to send me a picture of it (and my receipt). Nowhere on our signed receipt either does it state that all sales are final nor that returns cannot be made. We want to cancel our sale and get a refund, partly because of the lower price, but more so now because how my husband and I have been spoken to and being told that it was our responsibility to notice the small sign in their store.
