    The commercial says it works on even skunk oder. Pet oder etc... Etc..... I have a cat & keep his liter box pretty clean. Every once in awhile( far & few in between) there's a day in between cleaning. So I saw it at Walmart and decided to get a bottle for those days. IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL! Air Freshener from the Dollar Tree works better than Pooph! It's a total rip off and they need to taken off the air! I am SOO TIRED of all these businesses out here ripping off hard working people just to make them rich!

    On March 23 I purchased a 32oz, bottle of Pooph from Chewy, Inc. After numerous applications of the product on various odors there was no removal of the odors as advertised. Repeated applications over time to the same areas, once again no results as advertised. This product is obviously a quick cash grab leaving customers scammed.

    On the commercial on tv tells you it works on orders just by spaying on your dog and you won't smell him and it doesn't work like that at all.so you are lieing to the consumer that is my complaint....

    Poof doesn't eliminate all odor. I bought a cat tower that came with packing smell and materials smells used to make cat towers smell didn't go away

    I ordered on line the advertised special of a 32 oz bottle of Pooph and 3 oz free bottle of laundry detergent. After a couple of weeks I received a 3 oz bottle of the concentrate - not what I ordered. The only option on the website was for the 32 oz spray bottle with the free 3 oz, laundry detergent. This little bottle cost $23.95. I left numerous voice mails and sent emails but no response. I requested my money back as this was not what I ordered and they advertised money back. This company is a fraudulent business that I wish I had never got involved with. They use bait and witch tactics.

    I purchased this product on October 23rd, I only received that the label has been printed but no other communication. After reading these reviews, I feel this company is a complete scam.

    I've placed an order online on January 16th, 2023. The next day I've received the tracking information but the package was actually never shipped. I tried calling and emailing the company and my inquiries were never responded to. Today February 20, I got a hold of the company and was confirmed that my shipment was never mailed. I requested a cancelation which they couldn't provide a cancellation email for and stated it will take 5-8 days before I would get an email. I dont trust the company.

    On February 1, 2023 I purchased a product from POOPH. Upon delivery I immediately requested a refund. I decided not to use the product because of the poor reviews this company received on the internet. The product I received from POOPH I have not opened or used! On the website for POOPH states 100% refund for returns. I have attempted to contact the company four times and have received no response. I have requested a return label for their product and my refund. I have tried both calling and sending emails to request refund. I am attaching my order, last email sent and a snapshot from the website POOPH where the 100% percent refund is stated.

    Placed a order with this company on Jan 6th. Order number ********. I have sent 3 emails. I have called left messages for them to call back at the number they provided. ###-###-####. No one calls back. I have not received my order and want my money refunded to my account. The tracking number of ************ it states label created by fed ex never received the package from POOPH.
