If you enjoy hearing your neighbors' kids running back and forth on your ceiling. The neighbors are constantly arguing and calling the police, while the dogs are being left out on the balconies barking at 6 am. No one in the office is answering the phone. You'll love it here. There is a significant safety concern knowing a man with a battery restraining order is knocking on neighboring doors and coming onto the property to argue with the girlfriend he was living with. The last thing we want when we come home from work is to hear music and kids banging on the ceiling. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors' conversations. The office staff isn't concerned with their residents. There have been multiple staff changes since I have lived here because they are so disorganized. The property itself is not impressive. The property is littered with trash. The fact that staff has to send out a message about residents living chicken bones is disgusting. In the breezeways, people park their motorcycles rather than in parking spaces. The property has such poor maintenance that all the plumbing in every apartment must be redone because water leaks from ceilings and walls; if you are planning to move here (which you shouldn't), you will have to move things around, includi
