On 03/31/2023 I brought my car into the business for an A/C diagnosis and repair. I left my vehicle with the business for the day, and they delivered me the car by the evening indicating repairs were successful. I was quoted in advance for parts and labor, and I specifically asked in advance if the workers were knowledgeable about my vehicle. I was told yes. I paid $2214.92 for parts and labor, and the A/C compressor kit, drive belt, and some misc. parts were replaced.I was also issued a 3 year, ***** mile warranty for parts and labor. On April 10th (10 days) I called back indicating that the A/C had failed, and was blowing hot air. I was advised that I had to bring my car into the shop for replacement, and time is very difficult to get off of work for me. I brought my car back as soon as I was able, May 30th, and sat with my car as the 'repairs' were performed, lasting about 3-4 hours. The A/C in my car failed again, as of June 20th, 2023. I called the mechanic shop and advised that their work had failed again, and was told that I must leave my car at the shop at least all day or overnight to ensure adequate resolution. This is virtually impossible for me, as I do not have an alternate means of transportation and must travel for work.Between the part failure, multiple visits, and the verbal remarks I have received from the mechanic staff, I do not believe they have adequately serviced my vehicle, purchased correct parts, and/or I was misled about their capability to work on my vehicle.I would ideally like a full refund for this situation, and would like to take my business elsewhere that has the skill to resolve my issue, where the staff do not respond with backhanded, unprofessional remarks, and where I will not experience frequent, continued failure after work.I have been in communication with the shop staff, but will not leave my vehicle as I do not trust them not to worsen the current issues or damage the vehicle further.
