I signed a contract with Profitable Dj, LLC. on March 3rd 2023 for $*****. Which I regret signing because it only gave me the opportunity to receive a refund after 30 days. ******************* and my first session was not scheduled until March 20th, 2023 (17 days after signing contract) leaving me with very little time to decide if it was going to be worth it! I don't believe *********************** ended up providing value, insight or information to expand my business. In fact, I have recently been helped by other companies that provide better leads and help than he ever did for 1/100th the price he asks for. My last straw was when he no showed/no called to a video call we had scheduled even though that same day I knew he had done a zoom workshop earlier that day. It showed me that he did not value my time to not even have his assistant reach out to let me know he was not going to show up. It's frustrating that my only option is A. continue sessions that aren't going anywhere or B. NO Refund not even a partial refund because of a contract that only helps him out regardless of his teaching or my success. I am putting a complaint because I feel I was duped, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I put a lot of money and trust in someone who in the end did not meet my expectations. In addition to paying ***** I spent another almost ***** for a website that I was promised 200 leads for. I only received a total of 60, and when I mentioned it to him all he said was that he would look into it and never did! And even those 60 leads less than half actually had contact information (a phone or email) the rest only had a name. He says he put 200 but my wife and I only saw 60, In fact when we tried to show him, he saw over *************** our website and tried to claim those were the ones he put in, but those were my own clients and leads I've gotten over the years through psychology today or insurance companies referring clients. I personally investigated and only saw 60 that he added on April.Business response

************ did contract 1-on-1 coaching services with our head mentor, ****************. All of the coaching sessions were recorded and we have video evidence of ************ complementing **************** multiple times on the mentorship he provided the client. Furthermore, we also have video evidence of **************** communicating the importance of completing each action item assigned within the coaching sessions, after the client failed to complete the work multiple weeks in a row. There were also a variety of occasions where ************ chose to skip or reschedule the coaching calls. The only time that **************** asked to reschedule a session that the client is referring to in his original complaint, was when **************** was feeling under the weather. ******************** assistant at the time also happens to be **************** wife.
As with any business coaching and consulting relationship, we can only provide information, guidance, encouragement and accountability. However, we can NOT guarantee any results the client will achieve, as we don't have any control over their actions. This is also clearly drafted within our coaching agreement that the client signed. The information and strategies provided to ************ have not only been time-tested and proven to provide results for ******************** businesses, they are also providing desirable results for ProfitableDJ's clients that **************** is also mentoring.
Feel free to review the Client 5-Star Reviews and Video Testimonials here: ***************************************;The software and free leads that ************ is also complaining about, is referring to another one of ******************** businesses. The client decided to sign up for a software subscription on the annual plan. As a bonus for signing up for the annual plan, the client was promised 100 leads. The software company overdelivered by acquiring and adding 200 leads into **************** software account. The client's wife, *************, referred her husband to the software while she was using it as the personal assistant to ****************. The client enjoyed using the software to design his company's website and to contact the 200 leads provided. We would like to invite ************ to prove on how we fell short on providing the 100 leads promised, or on how the software was unsatisfactory to the client.
Again, also feel free to review the positive video testimonials of the software clients here: ********************
In conclusion, we are really disappointed that one of our clients is not satisfied. We attempted to reach out to ************ multiple times in the spirit and hopes to make things right. However, the client has decided to ignore our messages. ************ also lost both credit card chargeback attempts once we submitted the evidence, so even the banks agreed in our favor. We hope that the Better Business Bureau will do the same.

I am rejecting this response because:I'm attaching the proof that I only received 67 leads not the 200 he mentioned on the screenshot of our conversation. I signed up for a website which he showed proof of but paid additionally close to ***** for an upgrade. For signing up for the upgrade he agreed to send the 200. I also have proof of mentioning the leads did not have information, some just had a name no email or phone number. He only said that the leads didn't always have that information as if it was not his problem. To me just someone's name is not even a lead it's just a name. How can you contact a lead without an email or phone? And I feel like a broken record now but I did not receive all 200. I mentioned it in 2 video calls, nothing was ever done. He reviewed my contacts and just saw I had more that 200 and assumed that was it. My wife previously uploaded our own contacts from Simple Practice, he kept counting those!!
In addition, those reviews are from his online classes which are dj related straight from his website. that I know he could adjust to only show the 5 star rating as I am familiar with the review system implemented on the profitflo website. I believe he is only providing his good reviews and not bad. His reviews are also collection from his other company.
As for the contract I am contesting that though a contract was signed that the services were not specific to my business. As you can see through all the reviews he sent, he is a DJ coach. I expressed in the email I sent him that though I did valued his time, I unfortunately did not find it to be moving at the direction or speed of my business. I believe he might be great and helping other DJ businesses but as it turns out not mine. I have spoken to various colleagues of mine working with our business coaching specifically for mental health and they worked with teams that helped in marketing, targeted website phrasing and designs just not at all what *** provided for me! They even did it in less time that I had been working with him.
Also when we were to suppose to have a session call he no called/no showed on me. it wasn't until I reached out that he even bothered to respond and this was after waiting on the call for over 10 mins. This was my last straw since I am very professional and take people's time very seriously. He mentioned I had cancelled on him previously, but for the record, cancelling on someone is not the same as not showing up and not contacting them! I or my wife would call or text with time (sometimes days ahead). As someone who works with clients myself, I have always made it a priority to cancel or reschedule with time.
Sincerely,
*********************Business response

As you will see on the attached iMessage screenshot, there were only 100 leads initially offered to ************ as a free bonus. However, because it took us a little longer to source the leads for ************, we decided to over deliver, by providing him with 209 leads. (view attached screenshots)
Either way, ************ received the full value of the software which merits in no refund. His own banking institution also voted the chargeback dispute in our favor. The leads were only meant as a friendly gesture.
