      I signed up with My Success Pros two years ago. I invested in them with my credit cards and they gave me a website and helped me with my web site. They were going to help me drum up business. They used several credit cards. They do not call back if I have questions. There has been no benefit to me doing business with them. The product did not do anything they said it would do. I want a refund.

      This company lied to me. The company said I was making money as I was watching their advertisement. Almost a year later I am out $3,500.00. I just want my money back. I am in debt to a company that deceived me. Just as wealthpress got sued for deception from the Consumer Trade

      On 5/3/2023, I sent $4,500.00 online to MySuccessPro.com. This was to obtain a list of about **** items that I could sell on the internet at a profit. After setting up this list for my use, I had Son have aa friend use it to buy an item. This person was notified on line that the item they were buying could be bought for less at Amazon. I reported this to MySuccessPro.com on their phone line ************, I was told by a ******* that they would not refund my money. This is why I am reporting this fraud to BBB.org

      During our appointment 28 Jun 2023, you brought up this concern and we were happy to help.

      The Fulfillment Customer Support team member with whom you spoke explained your website drop-ships from Amazon.  Any price differential between Amazon and what you charge is your profit.  The mark-up set to drop-shipping was 15% at that time.

      The team member was happy to address your concerns and offered further customization your site all at no cost to you, we covered the costs in order to cater to your preferences of lower pricing.  Again, she explained the mark up is what you keep as your earnings.  You stated that you wanted to lower the pricing, and take less earnings as a result of that decision.

      Our tech department typically has a 1-week turn-around for tickets, and as this ticket involves so very many products would take the full time.  However, in your case, our team completed the ticket in record time:  the very day it was requested by you!  Again, this was done at no cost to you.

      Since 28 Jun 2023, the mark up rate on your site was lowered to 9.5%.  If you would like this further decreased,again at no cost to you, we will cover the costs to effect these changes we will adjust this further for you.

      As to someone getting a notification about a lower price; we did not and will not build anything such as that in your site.  It sounds as if your sons friend might have signed up for an application or browser extension (i.e., a widget) that alerts him to lower pricing when he shops online.

      Please note that Amazon is the largest most successful online retailer in the world.  We do not believe anyone is able to consistently under-price a company of that size and remain in business.  Instead, Amazon affiliates offer online retailers the opportunity for their own success!

      I am not surprised that SuccessPro has not responded to BBB.  I can only hope that my complaint remains in your files, so that others who may check with BBB before buying something can be forewarned.

      I started this affiliate with Mysuccess pros almost two years ago. I have been made multiple promises that this would be up and running a long time ago. Now I cannot get anyone to respond back to me about this.On 10-08-2021 *************************** got me to get $39,000 to start through credit card debt.I again got another call on 11-26-2021 telling me that I had to place another $16,695.I received another call from ******* on 01-27-2022 that I needed to pay for SEO services in order to make the website work.I have received several calls from other in this company wanting more money and false promises of how much I am going to make. On Jan ********* got a call from *************************** and *******************. In the couple recordings I have attached promises of being paid back everything I had invested and that they even offer to price match what I agreed to send. I sent another $75,000 totaling $138,195.A couple weeks ago I sent an email requesting a break down of where all this money has gone. I have still to get a response.I receive calls from others saying they are from mysuccess pros but do not know the password. Has my information been compromised with this as well?On one of these recordings I was told that this investment would be paid back in less than a year. He promises to send a check for the first few months of the loan payment; which never happened.After I sent the last amount they all stopped calling me. Just as mysuccess pros states I record all my phone calls.I have many more logs than the ones that I have included. These two I have sent are because these ones have promises of paying me back fully within a year and that ****************** team would work overtime to start a cash flow immediately.He even claims to match dollar for dollar as well as making payments for the loan. Even states that he will fly out to my place and drag me across the finish line and he has never not been paid back in over 150 times doing a price match.I am asking that this is made right.cant upload audio

      *********, who was one of the representatives contacted me on 8-4-23.To notify me ************** was ready to contact me. She was unaware of when they would reach out. It has now been over a week and ************** has yet to contact me. I have also added the phone conversation with *************************** who made the promises to get the business up and running.

      When the purchases were made, ****************** received copies (via email) of the signed contracts.  Those files provide the detailed specifics of what products and services were purchased.  We are resending the files so ****************** has the requested information available to him.

      I am rejecting this response because: Contracts were only signed due to the verbal coercion from ****************, and ***** making promises that were never held up. The contracts are in void due to them not being completed as described. A verbal contract also will hold up in court. The contract would have never been signed if these promises were not made. Also *************************** said the amounts would be paid back in less than a year. His team who are wounded warriors were taking over the account to ensure it was to create the success that was promised. After just a few weeks ******* was no longer with the company, so he represented Mysuccess Pros and for whatever reason left the company making it impossible for me to get the return as verbally promised. I have submitted the audio to Mysuccess Pros as evidence of the coercion made by *******************, and ***************************. They also stated on the audio that they would make the first few payments on the loan I needed to take out; which Never happened.If Mysuccess Pros cannot deliver what their representatives agree to then it is a breach of contract. I have ever conversation with everyone at Mysuccess Pros. *****************, ***************************, *******, *********, and all the rest. They will not return my calls or respond to my emails. My account has been placed on hold so I cannot even move forward. Again it was promised that their team was to keep posting, and nothing has been done in months. The business they created for me was done so In ******** and that makes it a foreign business, also never  explained. I have had to pay another company to fix this to prevent additional expenses. I also have a conversation with their tax person not knowing how I should file for that business and told me not to worry about it. This cost me a penalty with the State. They too have all the recordings, probably why they will not respond to me, they know they are in the wrong on this. I have also made a complaint to the *** for fraud since they are not delivering what was promised. I have also given an group of attorneys all the emails, recordings of every encounter with Mysuccess Pros. Even the very first conversation where the add was based on business cloning not an affiliate marketing. The evidence stacks up against Mysuccess Pro being a con company that clearly took advantage of my trust. I still ask for a refund since they cannot give a break down of how just a website can cost $138,000. So it was said SEO, that has never happened because NO traffic has passed to the website. They basically took the money and did the least amount of what was promised. I am confident that if and when this goes to court, A judge will see this was definitely a price *****, mixed with coercion and fraud. I was also advised to connect with other people who have had the same results with Mysuccess Pros and am in the process of doing so. If this is to be settled out of court, I would suggest they get in contact with me soon. On the attached recording *************************** makes a statement of doing a testimonial, I will make do on that promise, and how it goes completely depends on how this is handled!!

      I have been contacted by other companies that MySuccessPros have given my information to. Evidently I am not the only one they have done this to. I have hired an attorney and we have sent a letter of intent. I also have filed a complaint with the *** for fraude due to my personal information being leaked and they were not holding up to what they are selling.

      I was contacted and asked about purchasing a website that would be created for me as an Amazon affiliate. I was asked to pay $3,500 initially that day 8/2/22 and had to make a decision right then because it was August and they wanted to make sure the website would be up and running for the holidays to make money. Then I was contacted a couple of weeks later and was told that I would need Marketing in order to have this website stand out from the others. The cost for the Marketing would be $57,000 9/18-9/26/22 but this was the only way to get the website noticed was to promote it etc. and again I had to make the decision that day as the prices were going to go up the next day. A short time after that I was contacted and told that they could help me with the proper way to file taxes, set up a LLC and get funding to pay me back and make me whole and all the expense would be on the company side. This was an additional $15,900 10/26/22. During this time they would schedule phone calls with me. Each time there was something that wasn't done and was being worked on. Most of the calls that were prescheduled they wouldn't even call. I would be trying to get a hole of someone to have them call me. Several days would pass without me hearing from them to reschedule a call. They just kept making promises and then not keeping them. When I would call the individuals that I spoke to for each of the payments they would not answer or return phone calls or text messages. I was told on the first phone call that calls would be returned within 24 hrs. I would leave multiple messages with no reply. As soon as they got the money they simply stopped responding.       ****************** knowingly made three separate purchases with us.  ****************** signed a delivery document acknowledging receipt of services and her satisfaction with the delivered services and products.  The contracts and delivery document have IP Address Tracking and email verification proving ****************** was the person who executed these actions.

      After consuming the services, ****************** claimed she had hidden the purchases from her husband and wanted everything refunded not due to dissatisfaction with our performance but due to the concern regarding her husband learning about her purchases.  As we had already fulfilled delivery of the services and products, a refund was not feasible.

      ****************** then filed a complaint / chargeback with her bank.  Her bank reviewed her claim and ruled against her.  

      Accordingly, her own bank ruled in our favor for several reasons including that she knowingly contracted for the services and products, she received the services and products, and she signed a delivery document acknowledging her satisfaction with the delivered services and products.  Her bank concurred that a customer "changing her mind" did not qualify for a return of funds when the vendor provided the services and products in good faith.

      That means that while ****************** "wished her money to be returned" to her, she could not demonstrate to her own bank that she deserved a refund.  Instead, reviewing the evidence of delivered services and products, the multiple signed contracts,the signed delivery document acknowledging successful delivery and satisfaction,and our well documented history of calls with her for training sessions, HER OWN BANK RULED IN OUR FAVOR.
