ZERO STARS. they steal money from people who donate their plasma and risk their lives for that money. Then they have ghetto little girls running their call centers, speaking disrespectfully to any caller who asks to speak with a manager. Horrible "business" that preys upon the poor and fraudulently steals their hard earned money. Should be shut down before they burn their own business to the ground themselves. Shameful worthless human beings.

The card and the app are easy to use, and the customer service people are kind. For this reason, I feel obligated to give more than a one-star review rating. However, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the imposition of international transaction fees on purchases made in Puerto Rico. As a proud member of the United States military, I find it deeply concerning and discriminatory that transactions within a U.S. territory are treated as foreign. Puerto Rico is an integral part of the United States, and such fees are not only unwarranted but also disrespectful to the residents and visitors of this territory. I also asked if such fees applied to other territories, like the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the response was YES. I request an immediate review of this policy and a refund for any fees charged on accounts for purchases made in Puerto Rico and other American territories. Charging these fees undermines the unity and equality that should exist within our nation. I urge you to rectify this matter promptly and ensure such an oversight does not persist. I HATE to be told that I am not American enough!!!

Dealing with this customer service team has been one of the most frustrating, infuriating experiences I can remember.   I have talked to them six times in the last two weeks.  Every time they promise to have someone call, nobody does.  Each person gives a different answer. I have conferenced them with the manufacturer and they agree to process for an override code. The next time I call to get it, they say the manufacturer needs to provide the code.  A couple of people have been nice but nobody helps.  They say there is no way to transfer me to the department that needs to get the override code and NOBODY calls back.   Today was Destiny who after 45 minutes on the phone said she didn't know how to help, couldn't transfer me, and said she put a message in a file.  Your staff needs training or you need to clean house. I don't expect you to do anything but think about the 8+ hours your staff has wasted, all the people you are NOT helping.

Like other reviews mention, predatory company whose business model is stealing from the poor. They don't allow you to transfer a balance digitally, forcing you to withdraw cash at an ATM. But, of course, you can never withdraw all of it, even though it is your money! They charged me $0.35 unfairly for a transaction that should NOT have been declined and refused to even consider refunding the fee. Their call center customer service is horrendous. This is a reloadable card for plasma donation. You didn't donate plasma, Paysign, but for some reason you have the money and I don't. Criminal behavior. Fraudulent, predatory company.

Pay sign will not refund $1.65 in purchase decline fees that a entity has put on my plasma card. They got(CC) number & tried to use it twice. So I got two $.55 fees put on my card. I tried to pay for a bus pass today but it got declined due to the fees, so I got another $.55 put on my card. They said they couldn't put back the $1.65 on my card even if it wasn't my fault. This company preys on the poor. They are evil. I want to start a campaign & start a class action lawsuit against pay sign. I just want my $1.65 back. With a computer they can do it but refuse to do it because they just don't care.
