    On June 18, I visited Green Valley Smiles Dentistry for tooth pain. I was told that I needed a root canal and the procedure was booked and paid for, $472.60. The pain subsequently subsided and I did not feel the need to move forward with the procedure so I called and cancelled the procedure. I have since called Green Valley Smiles Dentistry (3) times asking that the charge be reversed. Each time I spoke to a front desk person I was told that it would be taking care of. To date, the charge still remains on my Smile Generation billing account on which I am paying 30% interest. I have also sent emails to my dentist asking if he could help me with this situation. He has not responded to my requests. It has almost been 7 weeks since the charge has posted and believe that the practice has no intention of crediting my account. I respectfully ask that this credit of $472.60 be credited to my Smile Generation account immediatley.

    Patient was scheduled on 06/19/2023 as emergency visit and the dentist diagnosed a root canal.  Patient prepaid for the treatment and a deposit was collected as is our office policy and he scheduled to see our endodontist on 07/03/2023.  Payment was taken on 06/19/2023 amount of $472.60 and was given 6 months deferred NO interest. Patient has not been paying 30% interest as we ensured he was on a 6 month no interest plan.

    The patient cancelled the appointment on 06/30/23 and at that time we already processed the refund. 

    The refund was submitted on 07/20/2023 in a Check form to his address we have on file. Smile ******************** Credit Card is a third party payment service therefore, we cannot refund back to the card, but a full refund was given back to the patient and should be used to pay any remaining balance on the Smile Generation Account. i have attached documents to confirm that no interest was accrued and a full refund has been sent over.

    I reached out to my accounting department and attached their response. They mailed it on 7/25 and the letter was not returned to us. Please let us know if you'd like us to cancel this check and reissue you another one.

    Hi! Accounting is waiting for the first check to cancel and once thats done they will reissue a check and it will be sent VIA fed ex to your house w/ required signature and will get to you estimated on Wednesday.

    1/25/22 prior to be seen I had to digitally sign to be seen w/o knowledge of any document or copy. No copy given when asked, consulted Dr Bianca V***** for root canal treatment and crown. She expressed no charge for X-rays or consultation.Her assistant manager showed me the total cost $2309 in writing, claimed they didn't bill my Medicare insurance, and I had to get reimbursed by Medicare. I was asked to $100 deposit which was not deducted from my bill. Meanwhile they charged Medicare $1500. I contacted my credit card and was reimbursed $100. They charged Medicare 1/25/22 $985 for X-rays. 2 weeks later I had to return due to poorw
