I am completely fed up with this process at this point.I just got off the phone with Chrysler Capital and after being given the runaround and being told that it will take X number of weeks.. then told Y number of business days, then told Z number of business days, I have HAD IT. I want my money NOW.Let me explain the situation. I had a 2022 Jeep Gladiator financed with Chrysler Capital and everything was totally fine until this last incident, and I am livid because of the eternal amount of time this has taken. You bankers are the biggest hypocrites. You demand payment in full IMMEDIATELY but then whenever you owe money to someone, it always takes 4-6 weeks, ***** days, 7-10 business days. ENOUGH!On June 6, 2024 I contacted the dealership's ******************************** and filled out the form to cancel the gap insurance and extended warranty on the Gladiator.I was told it would ***********-8 weeks for the cancellation to be processed and refunds to be issued. On June 21st, 2024 I was told BY THEM that it was approved and a check would be sent out to Chrysler Capital in the amount of $2679.78 for the refund. On July 2, 2024 I emailed them saying that Chrysler Capital told me they haven't received any checks. And they told me that they just issued out both checks on July 1st, 2024. They said to allow 7-10 business days for it to be received by Chrysler Capital.Up until this point I still had the loan, but after this I said forget it. I am SICK of waiting, so I went and traded in my Gladiator.Today, July 12th I call Chrysler Capital to ask if they have received the check. The lady told me it will take ***** days after the payoff to get the refunds. I tried to tell her I already had started the process a month ago but she shouted me down talking to me about how she is not being rude.It took me a while to get her to let me talk. Then when I explained to her, she said it would still take ***** days after they receive the check. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I had leased a Jeep Compass approximately 7 years ago through Chrysler Capital. It was my first leased vehicle. The customer service throughout my experience was very poor. Chrysler Capital claims that I did not finish paying my last lease payment and did not pay the deposition fee. I have not received any communication through phone, email or mail from Chrysler Capital in many years. I did not know about this debt. Today I reviewed my credit report on Credit Karma and my score dropped 107 points. I had an excellent score of 821 before today. The account shows still open with Chrysler Capital with a 0 balance due. Today it dropped and now shows I owned $300 and some dollars. I immediately called them and spent roughly 2 hours on the phone with them on the highest escalation level. The lady I was speaking with said she could try to wave the disposition fee, but asked for 5 days to check with her accounting team to see if they are able to approve it. I had to pay $297.40 today last lease payment today that I didn't even know about. What I remember when I turned in the lease was that everything was taken care of. They said they last mail notification they sent out to me was in 2021, which I never received. I confirmed they had the right address. I haven't heard from them in approximately 7 years and now they want to collect a debt I was unaware of, and now my credit score has to suffer and I'm out that money that I did not budget for. I am very upset as my money and credit are very important to me. I keep up on all my bills, and I'm happy to share my report and show that I am in good standing with all my accounts. I would like my money refunded and the account closed immediately and my credit score to be returned to an 821. In my opinion this is very outrageous and who knows how else they are doing this to. I hope that you are able to help me with this situation please.

Company changed my apr from 12% to *****% on a daily basis of a car payment, making 900$ in car payments and only 10% going to the principal, because the company feels it's okay to charge 22$ per day in apr charges, at this point the car will never get paid and from the reviews it looks like something that keeps happening. ***************** rude with no actual explanation or resolution.

I received an email from Chrysler Capital regarding my lease that I have that is financed through them and it stated that I could return my vehicle and I could release a new one. My contract is expected to end in September. I had to have the truck towed to the dealership on 06/24/24 due to complete loss of electricity and it has no power to it. After the tow truck picked up, I followed him to the dealer and before writing up the paperwork, I spoke with my salesman about releasing a new vehicle. We looked at several trucks, talked numbers for the monthly payment and a deposit. Everything was going well until he submitted the application and Chrysler Capital did not approve me. As of today, on 06/25/24, I don't have my current vehicle, wasn't provided a loaner although my truck is still under warranty and like I mentioned, it's a lease, and wasn't able to drive away with a new vehicle. I am asking that Chrysler Capital report to all of the credit bureaus and make things right by removing this hard inquiry from my credit report. When my lease is up in September of 2024, it will be hard to get approved for my next vehicle having this hit appear on my credit.

In 2020 I leased a 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee from Chrysler Capital Massachusetts Registration 9CD 572. I made all the payments and In October the lease ended. During the lease we also made Excise Tax payments to the Town of ********************. At the end of the lease we made purchased the vehicle and it was paid in full. Chrysler then mailed us the title to the vehicle. When we purchased the vehicle Mass DMV required that we change the license plate ma Reg *******. Shortly after changing the plate I received and Excise bill tax from the town of ****** for $51.25 for the remainder of 2023. I paid the bill but then realized I had paid the excise tax for that vehicle for 2023 but it was paid under the other plate. I notified the Town of ****** in February who agreed that I should be refunded but they stated that the check was mailed to Chrysler Capital.I contacted Chrysler Capital and I was told multiple times it can take 8 weeks. Recently when I called they stated that the payments are refunded by another company. They gave me a number to call but that company refused to give me any information. It has been over 4 months and I am just requesting my money be refunded. Thank you for your time ************************* ************

I made a double payment on my car note and I have been calling for 2 weeks to get the remaining of my money returned and I have not received anything back after they promised it would be return within 3 to 5 business days. I am continuing to get the run around. then they stated that I asked for the whole double payment to be returned which is false. I only asked for the remaining money to be returned. I've talked to supervisor and continue to be lied too.

I have late payments from CHRYSLER CAPITAL on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.
