Life Savers Restoration help me on my water leak mitigation issues. Rudy and Sierra was there to help me from start to finish. Rudy's crew is very professional as they went through my property and removed the drywall and start the process of drying the lumber. All in all I'm very satisfied and I will definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them for sure. Rudy knows the process and he's an expert on this field.

To start the review, we were ecstatic when not only did we get an immediate call back on the telephone; but also, the employees showed up at the exact, scheduled time. To add to the enjoyment of the appointment, the employees were personable and knowledgeable regarding our bathroom repair. They had completed the task in an hour and left the premises smelling very clean and all disposable items were put in the garbage. The pricing of the repair was more than fair. Great experience. Sierra and the whole crew were great and did a fabulous job on our mold remediation job. Can't speak highly enough of them. If you have water damage or other remediation work that needs to be done, be sure to call them first. You won't be disappointed.Life Savers Restoration, LLC

Life Saver Restoration, Michael ******** is a liar! We were promised this and that but never kept his words! He assisted us in filing our claim to Allstate on 3/10/2024. He said that he will have our entire cabinets and countertops replaced, brand new! Nope, did not happen! He also said that he will assist us with $1,000 towards our $2,500 deductible, nope! Michael never responded to several messages I sent him after LSR got paid by Allstate for $3,600! Jose Madera, who works for OSP Plumbing connived to do the plumbing side on the damage on our kitchen ceiling for water damage. He charged us $240 for the job, we paid cash via Zelle, no Invoice received from LSR like Michael said. When LSR opened our kitchen ceiling and walls, they should have already known the nature of problem where the water leak is coming from, so why let this Jose Madera did the work to replace the pipes? This Michael and Jose are both scammers! Lesson learned, never trust anyone with verbal promises! Anyone who reads this complaint. Do not fall into this company's lies, Life Saver Restoration! Do not be a victim! We were robbed blind!Life Savers Restoration, LLC

First and foremost, you were promised nothing. You were told exactly what, and how the insurance process would be. YOU tried to get items by your insurance, not us. that has nothing to do with the work that was done and or our company as well. We do not pay anyone's deductibles or pay you for your job. You had damage and you hired us. You trying to get new items from your insurance when there is no valid reason is your own doing, but we will notify them as to what you're attempting. As for this third-party plumber we have nothing to do with them. Again. always about money. scam another company sir, we will notify your insurance on how you're trying to scam them.

My grandma's water heater exploded in her condo a few weeks ago and I found Life Savers to come help- they came out at 11pm and had their guys taking the water out of the carpet that same night. They were quick, kept the work area clean, and were patient with my grandma's billion questions. I appreciate that they helped make the highest stress situation pretty easy to navigate! 5 starsWe had a leak in our kitchen and called Life Savers Restoration so they could investigate the extent of the damage. Michael came out to our property that same day to inspect the water damage and called our homeowner’s insurance company with us to explain the situation. He walked us through the process of what needed to be done and two days later his team came in to get started. Michael is very knowledgeable, communicative and professional and Life Savers did an incredible job remediating our water damage. I highly recommend their services.Review fromRichard U

The business owner is very unprofessional. They came and did some mitigation work on 4/1 and I received an invoice dated for 4/5 with a due date of 5/5 on it. I didn't have issues with the work, but I could tell they were just there to get insurance money. Once the insurance company issued the funds, they sent me an email asking to be paid. I had them send me the email so I could pay via cc. I even called them and had a quick discussion with Sierra who was very nice. I let her know I'd get it paid. On 4/19 they sent someone to my house to serve me a notice of intent to file a Lien. This was a bit ridiculous especially because the invoice was not past due. Very cowardly and unprofessional. Once you were paid by your insurance 2 weeks ago, for the specific dollar amount we billed, invoice in your email…you had 72 hours to pay- per your signed work authorization That you read and signed. No longer net 30- Weird, how once you got served you immediately paid, ironic how that works right? That is there to protect us from people like you. You also state, I could tell they were just there to get insurance money? Did that matter if you paid, or your insurance? You still hired us to perform services. Because we just so happened to show up to your house for no reason at all right? Do you go to work every day for free? Use your common sense. Nobody works for free. Your here based on your feelings being hurt, you had to drop your complaint. You also state cowardly and unprofessional, but it’s Crazy how a grown man will take to the internet and complain how a company is unprofessional because they came to work and expected to be paid - you don’t recommend us because You had to pay us for work we did at your property that you had no issue with, the only issue is you had to pay, you could not con us out of our money….have a wonderful day and thank you for paying us for the job we did for you, that you had no problem with.Review fromLeslie M

Experienced a flood on New Years Eve.. They responded immediately and were wonderful to deal with. The men that packed and moved our things were so respectful and efficient.
