I scheduled a horseback riding with lunch November 26, 2022. I had to cancel second to having to have emergency surgery and admitted to the hospital on 18th of November. I called and texted to let them know and give them advance notice, on the November 19th, 2022. I was not asking for a refund but to reschedule. I had been communicating with someone, unknown name because no one will give me their name and they do not answer the phone. I was told I can reschedule and was sent a circled part of the contract. As of today, February 6th, 2023, I still can not get a hold of anyone to reschedule this horseback riding with lunch. I would like to know if anyone can assist me in this matter.Initial Complaint

I purchased a horseback riding tour in Las Vegas, NV for my family through Groupon on 7/1/2021 for $604.95. Despite repeated text messages, phone calls, and emails, the merchant, Silver State Tours, did not provide a location or reporting instructions for the tour, which was to take place on 7/7/2021. On the day before the tour was scheduled, I texted my intention to cancel because I did not want my family to lose a day of vacation waiting for a reply. Silver State finally responded to my text and gave me the option to cancel, which I did. I was surprised to learn later that my money had not been refunded. I wrote several texts, made several phone calls and sent two emails (one of which is attached in supporting documents as an example) to Silver State requesting the expected reimbursement. Silver State did not even reply to any of my attempts at communication. I also wrote to Groupon and received an apology from them for the way that Silver State had treated me. I am not seeking an apology from Silver State, merely that they reimburse the $604.95. Thank you, Albert S******
