    We purchased a gift certificate from Prestige Jewelry/gift. We decided not buy any jewelry from the company and we would like to have the money put back on our bank card. The company will not give us our money back. We would like to have the company investigated.

    September 9,2022. Put an **** dollar deposit on a custom ring. First it took 3 weeks longer to make than promised. 2nd the ring looked nothing like discussed. 3rd the amount of gold used was also wrong. The ring was made with 6 grams equaling 330 dollars worth of gold. The agreement was between 11 to 14 ounces. The ring nowhere near unique, custom. Very cheap looking. I've found the exact rings for around 500 to 700. Needless to say I'm not happy with the ring. The total price he wanted for it is *******. I just wanted a refund. He refused and said store credit only. This was not mentioned to me in the beginning and nowhere on my receipt of the deposit is it mentioned. The whole reason for putting this money down was for a special custom ring. I would not have given him money for anything that he has in his case. Also for the amount of gold he used and the amount he is charging is highway robbery! I just want my deposit back.
