It has been nothing but false promises for three months. We were put in a bad financial situation from a previous refinance company. I was called by ******* who told us we were not being taken care of and he could get me a much better deal than the other company which then had us behind on our mortgage. We replaced the **** in order to get approval for the inspection which we were told was the only thing stopping it. We were constantly being told everything is being taken care of and there is nothing that will stop the approval. After a month and a half of paperwork back and forth, inspections and waiting, we finally were told it was approved and had a notary scheduled for the closing. We were then told they had to cancel last minute and it had to be rescheduled. The very next day we were told they needed more paperwork signed which then had to go all the way back through the final review process. After waiting weeks and being told its up to the lender and waiting on a response, being told the president of the company was getting involved due to how long it was taking just to now not get a text or call back for almost two weeks now. We are now even further in debt after ******* told us not to pay them due to the closure being scheduled, had to pay $5,400 out of pocket for an **** that we couldnt afford without the refinance and we cant pay for our wedding or honeymoon that was supposed to be getting paid from the refinance and cant even go through a different company now due to my credit score tanking through this whole process. Absolutely stressful, no communication after the beginning and now in a worse spot than I was when the process started.Nations Direct Mortgage, LLC

If I could give zero stars, I would.My husband and I purchased our first house through them almost a year ago and it has been nothing but heartache.4 months ago, I lost my job due to layoffs. I immediately jumped straight into job hunting but I called Nations Direct and applied for Forbearance. I didn't want to not pay, I wanted 2-3 months off, put at the end of my loan, so I could get a job and get back on my feet.They refused forbearance, and the lady who called me said "you have one option. You can take a brief cut in your mortgage the next 3 months, then your interest rate will go up". She wouldn't help me, wouldn't answer any questions, just say "this is what you get". Keep in mind, the "brief cut" would start the NEXT MONTH so I was still on the hook for the full mortgage the month I was fully not working.I accepted and god I wish I hadn't.I then worked really hard to try to get the money together. I got part of it together and asked to make a partial payment.They don't accept those.I asked to pay on credit card. They don't accept cards.I asked to split the payments up between a few accounts.They can't split payments.I ended up just not paying that month, getting hired for a job and I have been trying to dig my way out of debt since.My personal favorite part of this? They never gave me a break in the mortgage. My payments stayed the same, but they ADDED late fees.But you bet your a** the interest rate raised up this month.Do not use this company.Do anything possible to not use this company.My husband and I are considering selling this house, not because we dislike it, but because of this company.Nations Direct Mortgage, LLC

I received numerous calls daily. I gave them all the information they needed. I went above and beyond and any paperwork they asked from me. **** and **** are the two persons helping me. Finally **** said something about my DTI ratio. Did not get an explanation on my loan application. They stopped calling. I understand my DTI but come on guys give me a call and explain the actual reason. Dont just stop calling cold ******. FELT USED by this company.Nations Direct Mortgage, LLC

RACHATEERING AT ITS FINEST., CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS BEING FILED. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE CROOKS. ****** ISSUES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HERE. LONG STORY SHORT THEY RIPPED ME OFF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MY MORTAGE IS IN GOOD STANDINGS AND YET THEY STILL FIND WAYS TO DRAIN MORE MONEY FROM YOU. THEY ONLY SEND CERTIFIED MAIL WITH NON EMORTANT MAIL AND THE ********* MAIL NECER GETS SENT.I LOOK AT THEIR RESPOSES TO OTHER NEGATIVE FEED BACKS AND IT MAKES ME SICK TO SEE THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE FOR THEM. Prequalified for mortgage with another company. Nations has been calling me non-stop for 3 weeks, different people. All have wrong information. I've corrected them multiple times and told them to stop calling, but they persist.Nations Direct Mortgage, LLC

************* Loss mitgation team sends mail before the actual company; DIRECTLY after they purchase your loan then reports to credit bureaus for late payment as you receive first mortgage statement. Behaves and acts like a scam artist. Must be a duck. I have never had an issue with any other company.I hope a lawyer cleans this company out.Nations Direct Mortgage, LLC

Worst customer experience ever. They have no concern for clients experiencing a hardship. They have no follow up and when they give you wrong information, they take no ownership in making it right. I spent 6 months working with this company to get a modification due to a natural disaster and they dropped the ball at every interaction and when their representative submitted the wrong documents instead of correcting they started a whole new process. No one at this company cared to make it right just kept putting the blame back on me. Horrible company and horrible customer experience.Nations Direct Mortgage, LLC
