I am filing a complaint against this company regarding a charge for a GPS system that was never ************ 2021, I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and was charged $295 for a GPS system. When I later requested the login credentials I was informed it hasnt been installed. The business acknowledged the mistake and assured me that I would receive a refund via check.Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the promised refund. Eventually, I gave up. However, about a month ago, I decided to follow up again, and I was once again told that the check would be mailed soon. Yet, I still have not received anything.I am tired and frustrated with this ongoing issue. I have given the business ample time to resolve the matter, but they have failed to follow through. Vehicle was driven from ********************* to Searchlight NV to reset sensors? It only takes 10 miles at most to do that, yet they drove my truck 90 miles unauthorized. Last weekend, I purchased a vehicle from Towbin Dodge, trading in my previous vehicle as part of the deal. The salesperson informed me I would receive 2 free tanks of gas. The vehicle came with a full tank, and I was instructed to request a gas card when I returned to pick up my green **********, I went to retrieve my green slip and inquired about the gas card. The front desk staff asked if I had provided a perfect review on a survey they sent. I explained that I had submitted an honest review reflecting my less-than-perfect experience. The staff then consulted my salesperson, who was nearby but avoided engaging with me. After some time, another individual, claiming to be a sales manager, stated that gas cards were only given for perfect reviews. I expressed my concern that this practice was deceptive, as it required customers to leave dishonest feedback. They dismissed my concerns as my opinion and refused to provide their name when asked, walking away while I was speaking.Eventually, the actual sales manager, **** *********, and the finance manager approached me. I shared my frustration, and **** explained I should have contacted him to address issues before submitting my review. He also implied that my feedback cost the team their bonuses, blaming me for their loss. The finance manager offered to fill my tank as a goodwill gesture, but I declined, as the issue was no longer about gas. My concern was their unethical practice of tying promised benefits to misleading reviews and the unprofessional behavior I experienced. Additionally, I also discovered my trade-in vehicle was listed on their website with my license plate fully visible. I found this intrusive and a violation of my privacy. A dealership should protect customer privacy.I informed **** I would share my experience on other platforms, including the BBB, to warn others of their deceptive practices, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer privacy.Initial Complaint

Towbin Dodge sold us a used Jeep in 2023 that had so many mechanical issues it lasted 1 year and we couldnt afford to repair it anymore after spending over $4,000 trying to find a problem. We ended up buying a new 2023 ******* that started having Vapor lock issues at 3200 miles. We took it in expecting to receive a loaner and have our car fixed. We ended up with ****** who has no clue how to help costumers having issues. We still owe close to $15,000 on the Jeep and we are making payments our car payment is $908 and I just talked with ****** and he and I cant get on the same page to solve this issue! We cant afford a rental car and Towbin should be more helpful to their costumers! The service manager didnt call me back after 2 messages and over a weeks time! We cant just continue to drive a new car that stalls at lights when its hot out!Initial Complaint

I bought my 2020 *** ****** last year September 2023 from Towbin Dodge to include an extended warranty. April 21, 2024, my check engine light came on. I took it to the ****************** and was told that I have oil sludge on my engine and needed a new engine. My car is still covered under the *** *********** warranty, but was told by *** *********** warranty that the engine is not covered. I also bought extended warranty with Fidelity, and they denied it as well saying its lack of maintenance but when the *** mechanic stated that I only had the car for 7 months and did my proper maintenance, (I had an oil change in January 2024) they then told me to contact the seller to get it fix since its a preexisting condition. I took the car to Towbin *** on May 17, 2024, where it is right now sitting waiting for a decision from Towbin Dodge to get the issue fixed. I am contacting you for help since the lawyer I contacted said, BBB would be a good start to get this issue resolved. I only had this car for 7 months. I feel as though Towbin Dodge failed to properly inspect the car and unlawfully sold me a defective vehicle with or without knowledge of this engine oil sludge. I look forward to your review. hello, I bought a new truck and gave another one in trade, I had debt from the truck I gave in trade, and the dealer told me that they would pay in full for the truck, but they took more than three months without paying it and damaged my credit. That was not the deal they told me and they still won't help me repair anything, I need them to repair my credit.

Trainsaction Date: 5/30/2023 Issue: Purchased a very slightly used vehicle driven and purchased by the General Sales Manager, *********************** in ******* March 2023. This vehicle was leased by Mr ****** but never registered or titled prior to selling it through Towbin Dodge to me on 5/30/23. I am not able to get a title for this nor is my bank for collateral on my loan. The vehicle was purchased for ******* plus fees and tax/title etc and still have not been registered as I cannot get the title. I have been working for months with ***************************** who has been great at trying to fix this issue but has come to a dead end. She has been giving me monthly permits so I am able to drive the vehicle. She has referred me to her office manager, ********************************* who has now been in contact with my bank for a resolution but knows that they sent the paperwork to ****** for a title which can be forwarded to **** but since they have found out that it was never registered or titled by the previous owner (***********************, the *** for Towbin Dodge), the paperwork will once again get rejected. I want the vehicle bought back for all my costs and the money I have put in to the vehicle, tinted windows, PPF and Ceramic coating and I want to trade it for a new vehicle thy have coming in VIN: *****************, which is in transit. I also want to be covered for the items mentioned above. I believe that this is both unethical and illegal for them to sell an unregistered and untitled vehicle and has left me in a bind where my bank is threatening legal action on me since they have no collateral (the title). I purchased a truck from them at the end of April 2023, when my temporary registration expired they were helpful and got me another one, claiming the title department was backed up and theyd get me my proper registration information to the dmv soon. It is now 6 months later and after many phone calls I still dont have a normal registration. My state now will not give me another temporary and every time I call the dealership the person they try to connect me with either doesnt answer, never calls back when I leave a message, or twice now Ive gotten through to somebody and they claim I will get a call that day which never happens.Initial Complaint

So sorry to still hear that this is an issue. I am curious as to the sales person and your conversation. I did hear the conversation between you and our receptionist stating you are looking for **** for a tonneau cover I am going to investigate further to see about the walkaround video that was sent to you if that truck specifically had a tonneau cover. I would like to know if you have already installed one on the truck then I can work with you on installation for sure just to address that this is still a concern for you. If we would have installed this for you it would have been roughly 380 dollars to install it so we can pay that money to you.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken to the receptionist, as well as multiple other workers and managers. Ive left messages multiple times with various people.
There was a cover on the truck when the video was sent to me. The attachments for it are still on the truck in fact, which goes to prove further that it was originally there.
I was told that when I picked up the truck it would be fully loaded- detailed and with a full tank of gas. Not only were those things not done, but the cover was missing as well.
I live in **** and flew to Vegas to pick up the truck on a Sunday. The office was closed and there was a different salesman (the salesman I had originally worked with had since been fired) there to give me the keys. He told me to call on Monday and theyd get it all figured out for me. It has never been figured out.A $380 install fee does not begin to cover the cost of a new cover. I bought this truck when it had a cover on it, and would like the missing cover to now be replaced (this is priced at about $1500)

On September 22nd, 2023, I purchased a 2021 ******** **** Sprinter **** van from Towbin Dodge Ram Superstore in *********, ******. At the time of purchase, *************************, the salesman who sold me the vehicle, stated that the dealership has the title and will send it to the correct ***** county DMV office for the address which I listed on the contract. On September 22nd, 2023, I paid $46,000 for the full amount of the contract, which I possess. In the **************, the county tax office is in charge of motor vehicle title and registration. I expected the dealership to know this detail and accurately submit the documentation for the van. Since the date of purchase the dealership has not submitted the title documentation to the correct ***** DMV office which is the ************************ central location at *******************************************************************. In addition to failing to submit the title documentation to the correct office within the last 30 days since purchase, they have also failed to contact me to communicate the details of the process. I have called the dealership phone number listed above up ten times each week since purchasing the vehicle over five weeks ago with limited and insufficient response from the dealership. I have also called the ************************ several times per week to check whether the vehicle title documentation has arrived. Each time I have called the tax office I have received the answer that the title documentation for the above mentioned vehicle has not arrived. On October 27th, 2023, I received a check in the mail from the dealership for "Refund Title Fee". I was not given a phone call to explain the reason for this check. I found that the "****** ********** of ******** Affidavit of Purchaser" document included in the contract was not signed by the Dealership Representative. I am writing to give a status update on the complaint I filed to you against the car dealership Towbin Dodge. Since submitting the complaint I have not received any communication from the business. They have not called, emailed, or mailed me anything at all. I am going to call them again today 12/5/2023, and if I do not receive a response I will be filing a police report to have them look into this matter. It is unlawful for this dealership to not send me the title to this vehicle within 30 days of purchasing it. I purchased the vehicle with cash on the date of the contract and I need to receive my title as soon as possible. Please call me if you can be of any assistance.
