      it's impos**ble to get in touch with the person you want the **te blocks all personal phone numbers and email addresses even if the two people want to meet it's impos**ble and if you talk to someone on the **te they tell me you have to spend 5000 before they give you the person's email address or phone number. And it's supposed to be a dating agency but you can't meet anyone because we can't contact each other except in writing, photo and video, it's impos**ble to exchange phone numbers, it's just made to make men spend money because for women it's free just to attract men and make them pay the big price because the girls are really beautiful but are they really real, this is the worst dating agency I've been to, it's pure scam.

      Rondevo is populated almost entirely by fake profiles. They charge you to communicate with these users, who are largely located in *******. However, their own terms of service bar users from ******* from registering unless they are "verified." All of the Ukrainian profiles are listed as verified, despite the fact that the photos are largely of print models who are not utilizing the site themselves. Indeed, you cannot select ******* as your location after registering and you cannot register from a Ukrainian IP address, both of which I tested myself. I contacted their customer service asking how to get verified as a Ukrainian user and was told registration was not currently allowed after being referred to support at talkytimes dot com. No one via email seemed to have any idea of a process to verify users from ******* (a sanctioned country in **************), extremely suspicious considering that's the vast majority of their advertised user base. ********************** has every incentive to create fake profiles since they charge for every interaction, and if they're selling the dream of an Eastern European partner, they've collected plenty of photos of models to sell that dream and charge a pretty ***** for it.

      I paid with all good faith to communicate with one man in *******. I left my home several times not logged off and was charged for ever minute.I've paid for the time I utilized to contact this person (and one other person for awhile who turned out to be a player- I think?) so kept my messages to only one other person. How can I be charge$386.60 Cents because I didn't log off, and others used my password? Be hacked so many times, I want to stop using my computer, but want the one man I talk to to know he's not alone during this terrible time in his Country. Just want my money returned for being charged just because my computer was on but I was not even home?I excluded the money I Deserved to pay for my conversations.

      On January 27, **** I requested to cancel my account. I was asked over again why I was canceling and convinced to keep my account. I said I felt harassed and wanted my account closed now. I was met with a response asking if had something to do with my conversations with ******. This was brought up 3 more times when asked to cancel my account. These are fake girls that mush ask for money and they will not allow you to cancel your account. Mt debit card has been used over and over fraudulently after purchasing their products but they wont allow me to cancel my account. This is extremely unacceptable and all of the complaints on BBB about them get a generic, scripted response because the site is nothing more than bots.

      RE: rondevo.com I have been trying for quite some time -- at least 50 attempts -- to "unsubscribe" from this bogus web site, to no avail.Simply, this is a falsely described "dating" website that is solely looking to get folks to "buy chips" in order to chat with a phony **************** gaggle of pretty women. This is NOT a dating website.As I've noticed from previous complaints about rondevo.com, they've responded to every person or BBB with a "boilerplate" letter.Yes, I am single. Yes, I'd love to make a connection. Rondevo is not going to make such happen. It preys on such single folks, without mercy. Candidly, I find this attempt to make money cruel!Rondevo, if I will NOT -- under any circumstances -- use the service you provide, why not delete me from your mailing list?

      I created the account for fun one day. Once I started using the app I quickly realized it was full of fake people. I sent a request to have my account deleted. Its been weeks but my account is still up . I keep getting scripted responses saying their tech team is working on it and then they close the ticket . I want my account taken down and deleted. There is no reason they cannot delete my account. My initial request to delete it was on September 9th.

He reached us with the request of his profile deletion. We have tried to resolve the issue with *************** in terms of standard business practice of user retention, but at the same time, we respect our users` requests. In response to the Complaint, we have deleted all the personal data of *************** in our possession without delay.
      We pay attention to the fact that we are taking compliance with all applicable regulations seriously. We require that all our marketing emails contain a link to a functioning Internet-based unsubscription mechanism. Email addresses of persons who unsubscribed from marketing emails are added to a continuously maintained suppression (opt-out) list. Third-party contractors providing email marketing services to us are contractually obliged not to send any commercial email messages on our behalf to the addresses in the suppression list.
