    I purchased an iPad from this company on the ******* app. It was described as open box which is defined as being in the original packaging but just opened. The iPad was not in the original box but some generic tablet box that was not even an ***** brand. It said returns would be accepted within 30 days. I bought it on November 28th 2024 and returned it to my local ******* store be cause it was not as described. I returned it Dec 9th I believe and they received it the 14th of December. I still have not been refunded my $538.92 and its now been almost 2 months. I have contacted them via email and have gotten no answer as to where my refund is. I would like my money refunded since I followed the directions posted by them for returning the item.

    Ordered a refurbished Mac book and accessory package on Oct 8 2024. It arrived on Oct 12 with only half the order. Contacted the seller and they stated they couldnt ship The rest of the order and I should just return it. I sent the order back on Oct 14th I have called over 17 times and have been told wait 5 days for my refund and I still dont have my 268.00$ back for this purchase. This seller has horrible reviews and they all say is they fail to refund and they dont send the complete products when ordered. This company is a scam and needs to be put on notice for their fraudulent practices.

    Purchased a tablet that said it was delivered. Check proof of delivery and it is a picture of tree, driver took from driver seat of vehicle. Said tablet was delivered. Called and started processing of missing items and was accused of lying about receiving my items or encouraged to look throughout the neighborhood. Finally found my tablet - opened, used, and already scratched up. I of course do no feel like I should be stuck with this but of course, now they will not respond.

    Item arrived late I had to reach out to the seller for an update. Seller did express ship the item 2 day. Item Arrived was not as described in description. The Ipad was bro ***!!! This was a gift for my wife for Christmas. Called and texted the seller directly with no messages returned. Now i have NO DEVICE AND OUT THE MONEY. Over all buyer beware be very careful before buying a large ticket item from this seller!! And to note the seller was selling the same iPad for 100s less the day after I purchased! Note to self always Buy New!!! What a way to ruin Christmas after spending this much money!

    I have contacted *******.com and this company ( certified 2day express) with no resolution. I called twice and no return call. This company admitted to employee ******** of *******.com that they received the return from me but told her it was sent to wrong warehouse. I returned where I printed out return label by ***** to **************, **. I have given this company ample time to refund my money but they are not responding. On April 5th ******* sent them a letter telling me I would hear from this company within 48 hours. Please help?

    I purchased a MacBook Air for a Christmas gift for my daughter off Walmart.com from Certified Two Day Express. When it came the battery would not hold a charge I asked if they would send a new battery and I would have it put in. They said to send it back and they would do it, not trusting this company I kept the product and had a battery put in but they will not respond to me for any restitution of the battery. This came with a year warranty and I think they should be held responsible. I guess Im not the only one that fell victim of the company
