I made a purchase in April 17 2024 still have not received my product . *** sent numerous emails first response from fit affinity was product was out of stock and should be available soon the next email I received from them was my order had been shipped out several emails later still same response June fifth. I called DHL e-commerce who was supposed to be one of the delivery people said that my product was supposed to be guaranteed by May 29, 2024, and that I should get a hold of affinity to let them know they need to place that order or resend or refund my money. I even sent a forwarded email to them that I had received from DHL but every response Ive gotten from Finity was were sorry for the way your product should be shipped no later than 530 was one response which , it had been four days past 530 2024Initial Complaint

I contacted via email on September 23, 2022 and asked for address to return products. I am not satisfied and their policy is 30 day full refund. I have two separate orders. Its taken many emails from me and now 5 days later I finally got a response. I was told first order is past 30 days policy and then asked if Im using proper diet & exercise with their products. They now want me to try some ab program for 2 weeks and email back. I declined their offer and stated I want the address to return and stated I would be past the 30 day policy if I wait another two weeks. Order #****** and order #****** I started using their products on September 1st. I understand my first order #****** is past their 30 day return policy. Im trying to order. It wont take any of my addresses in canada. It says make sure its entered correctly . Ive tried multiple adresses and emailing fit affinity and no response.. plz helpBusiness Response

Placed an order that shipped out on 6/7, and has been lost since 6/8. The responses from customer service are absolutely ridiculous. After I provided my address to have this looked into, one of their reps reached back out to me to telling me that I should check my local post office and provided local post office info for a post office that is over 100miles away in another state. I reached back out telling her that is not local and to check the tracking number so that they will see it still says departed shipping partner facility as of 6/8. They then responded by providing me the tracking number I clearly already have telling me that it's been delivered and again to check the post office. If they actually checked the tracking link they provided, it literally says on the way, no where does it state this package has been delivered. Customer service must be a bot.Business Response

I have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Within 3 weeks I have emailed the company 5 times as well as messaged them on ******** for a return. No one will respond for my refund request.Business Response

I responded back to the return details 4 times and still no one has responded to my emails once again. I am not returning the products unless you provide me with pre paid label. I am so done with the crap. I have wasted so much time trying to talk to someone. I want a full refund back in my credit card now. Your company does not respond to emails and there is no phone number. I have made over a dozen attempts to reach someone. I received 1 response in 3 weeks. Horrible.
