    Hi I placed an order with Kitchen Soufle on November 10th for a splatter screen.I waited until December 1st and then started sending them messages asking where my shipment was.The parcel originated from ********** and its arriving in **** and until date its still stuck in ***********.I have so far sent 3 emails and 5 messages from their website and there has been no response I am so upset that they do not have the courtesy to respond to messages or emails Would like to know where and when my shipment is to arrive

    I ordered a ball whisk from Kitchen Souffle on 6.20.23. Order # ******. I recieved a confirmation email stating they had recieved my order.It stated the order would be shipped within one business day. Since June 20 2023 was a Tuesday, I assumed that it would be shipped out next day Wednesday June 21, 2023. I reached back out to them on July 3rd, 2023 asking for the tracking number.I recieved an email from ******* on 7.16.23 stating that "next week" they would be shipping it to me.Crickets since then......I sent them another email on Aug 21, ********************************************** a refund. Still no information from them as of this submission. At this point - I'd like a refund. They don't have a phone number to call anyone.....so I just want my money back at this point.

    I have gone to their webpage twice to fill in the contact us form.  Still nothing from them at all.  I am going to contact my bank to see if i can dispute the chg since i never recieved the product.
