    I don't know anything about these people they took $27.03 out my pay pal account today 06/13/2022 the place is shop247.com here's the # they text me ************* never authorized this period put my money back in my pay pal asap

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/15) */ There isn't a lot of information to go from here. However, we can't just 'take money' out of your PayPal account, that obviously isn't how it works. You make a purchase, sign in to and pay with your PayPal account. If you think your PayPal account has been compromised, that's something you should raise urgently with PayPal, but raising a complaint on the BBB isn't going to solve it. I've searched our PayPal account, and nothing shows up for that reference, nor does it show up for your name, which possibly makes me think you have the wrong company too. I checked our ticketing system and found you messaged us yesterday, same day as raising this complaint so thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve it. As confirmed, the money was paid to a company buyshopp247.com. That is not the same as shop247.com, we having nothing to do with that. Please close this complaint out and contact them for resolution.
