    My boyfriend and I were in the process of purchasing Vacation ownership through Vacation International. We agreed to finance the down payment as it was more financially accessible for us. They told us we had until 7 days after we paid off the money we financed to pay the deposit to cancel and get all of the money we put towards the deposit back. But they were not going to give us access to the website or even the training to use the website until October when we had the deposit paid off. So we were paying money to not get any sort of service in return until it was paid off. Well we decided that we were going to cancel as we decided that we might join again when we were actually traveling more often and we're making more money. So I emailed them to let them know that I wanted to cancel and now they are telling me that the paperwork that I signed state that I had 7 days from signing the paperwork to cancel and get my money back. They said I can cancel but they can't refund me. But we got zero services from them. I reread the paperwork that we signed and it says 7 days from execution of the agreement to cancel but there was no execution as again we hadn't paid off our deposit yet and they haven't given us any services. I just want my money back but now I'm getting anxiety because they are now going back on their word to refund me at any point. We haven't received the supposed "points" we were supposed to get. They are basically holding our ownership hostage until we pay the deposit but we decided against purchasing and they won't give us our money back.
