Worst HOA I have ever encountered, by far. Will overcharge you, provide absolutely no promised services, and extort you. Completely unresponsive to calls, emails, letters, etc. I have to drive across the city to their office, just to have them lie to my face and fix nothing.

Zero would be more accurate but not an option. Deceptive charges. Terrible communication. Ignores phone and email maintenance requests. Voicemail full cannot even leave a message. Blame HOA for their own administrative incompetence. If you are complicit in hiring them PLEASE fix it for the sake of the people who have to suffer.

Terrible HOA that likes to send out notices to HOME OWNERS that aren't in a gated community over the smallest and pettiest thing. Even things that aren't on OUR PROPERTY somehow end up becoming our violation??? We removed a DEAD tree after MONTHS of trying to revive it with the help of a LANSDCAPER yet TAM wants to say we're still in violation because we didn't revive the tree? Seriously? And don't get me started on their lack on English! For example, holiday decorations! The rules are, "All holiday decorations and lights can be displayed four weeks before and four weeks after the holiday." That quote is DIRECTLY from their website documents! Yet a WEEK after a holiday, they send us a letter saying we're in violation??? A WEEK after!! Their comprehension just isn't there. As a Veteran and homeowner. I'm ashamed this company is the HOA that "represents" the community.

Taylor association management, If I could give this so called company a negative 5 I would Very dishonest, promise to do things and don't for months and years. Start adding mystery fees to your account. Don't respond to emails and calls. Actively only interested in money ,not actually being a proactive honest management company. Run from them ,don't believe their dog and pony show to get your account. My property board found out the hard way,no regrets ever hiring this company

Thank you for your email. Your issue is with your Association however, not Taylor Association Management.

Its not shocking that this company continues to have 1 star ratings on both **** and the bbb, what is shocking is that they're still in business. I have continuously been emailing the HOA about this tree they planted years ago, in front of our property. Even though we heavily advised against it, this tree has been nothing, but trouble the last couple of years. The HOA doesn't keep up with the care of the trees or any of them for that matter, unless its the palm trees. This tree has caused property damage to my roof and they have refused to fix it and taking responsibility for the damages, even when their maintenance manager agreed that the tree was becoming and issue. As the homeowner it should not be my responsibility to tell them when the tree needs to be trimmed. Ive sent videos and pictures of the damage and how this tree is very unstable and WILL fall at any moment. The board claims its stable, a tree that sways back and forth from a strong wind storm, to the point its lifting the actual ground isnt table. They are very quick to issue fines and fees to homeowners but when it comes to issues that the homeowners bring to their attention, it gets disregarded. I honestly wish there was a way to vote this company and the people on the board off and out. Its a waste of money having to pay these people each month for anything. Its been two weeks since I have been asking them to trim the tree and they have not done so. I reached out again about the matter because I was given no response about the tree being trimmed. Its just unprofessional and poor taste on how these people treat the homeowners of this community. It is evident that they just care about getting paid since they're not the ones to deal with these matters. As a homeowner I feel unheard and unseen, disrespected as well. There is no way to get through to these people on anything. Even the president of the hoa is no help at all.

    Hello Ms. ******,

Thank you for your review of our company.  I would point out that your trifle is with the Association and not Taylor Management however, as we work at the direction of the Board and do not have decision making authority on such matters.  None the less, I would very much like to try to help.  My name is Jason ***** and I am the owner of Taylor Association Management.  Kindly give me a call at your convenience if you would like to discuss this further. My number is 702-736-9450. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Respectfully,

I have lived under this HOA for years. They are the worst. Never communicates with anyone. Slow response. Difficult to deal with. I'd like to see them dissolved. I've had reoccurring problems with sewer and a flood last year that they have ignored. Absolutely a poorly run organization.

Worst Management. they always blame the board. My front yard has always been clean and bushes and trees always trimmed, no weeds growing yet, she sends me 2 letters of violation regarding my trash container being next to my garage for few days, in the meantime I emailed her about my neighbor that has stored their basketball hoop outside the front gate for 7 months and they have never sent her a letter, also have neighbors with weeds and trash on their front yard up 3' and they have not sent them any violation letters, yet she was worried about beautifying the community and only focusing on my container. I sent her pictures in January and February followed up again and nothing has been done so at this point their just discriminating and retaliating against me because I have complained to them about how slow they are fixing security gates and cutting the trees for safety reason.

I thoroughly agree that this company is totally useless! They recently asked our board to not only increase their salary but our HOA fee; thank God board refused both. Our community manager used to work for another company we had and was great until he left. That's why we went with Taylor thinking this same guy would be the same decent community manager. HELL NO! Now the guy does absolutely nothing cuz he either dumps everything on his assistant, or he just does nothing it seems! I personally have a very serious problem with my new upstairs "owner". I have repeatedly e-mailed or talked with this manager at meetings that I need him to do something about my problem. He has done absolutely nothing to help me, ignores (or probably deletes) my e-mails so nothing is getting resolved in the 2 years I've had to deal with upstairs. I figure if my unit gets damaged cuz of upstairs letting their little kid jump around so out of control treating it like a playground cuz Taylor has ignored my pleas for help, I will not only sue the upstairs people but also Taylor for not helping me when I asked for them to interfere. Not even the owner of this company got back to me since I also sent the emails to him at the same time. Seems like this company wants your business but they don't do anything for you. Our complex used to be so nice the first few years after it was built back in 2001. But now it has gone so far downhill due to more renters than owners living here and poor management who does not want to do any of the work involved in "managing" a condo complex. Violations are ignored and dragged out instead of forcing compliance. I told our board members that once we get rid of them, we should sue Taylor for breach of contract.

This company is an absolute joke! Management should be not be in their business name because that is the last thing they, which they don’t even do that. They keep raising their fees every year but don’t do absolutely anything or take accountability for anything! The landscaping is horrendous! Dog poop everywhere, drying and dying plants everywhere, months ago they replaced some of the landscaping with rocks and small shrubs… that was a waste because of those shrubs are dead. Filed several complaints about trimming down some of the landscaping that’s been damaging our property and this has been going since the end of August. Every person that I’ve had an interaction will give me a different answer, first I was told that the damage would be taken care of at no cost to me and after months of going back and forth and nothing being done. I asked them again when it was going to get fixed and the maintenance “managers” state that they will not fix the damage, they blame the “board” for refusing to do anything about the landscaping and property damage. The maintenance guy deemed it unfair to me because the hoa is at fault, but can’t do anything because the board is denying the request to fix it and as he said “my hands are tied”. Just an absolute joke! Every time I have to speak with someone I’m left frustrated with no answers. They won’t take accountability for the damage their landscaping has caused to my property! But don’t let it be the homeowner or tenants cause any damage because they’re on that and will harass them to pay for the damage. Just so unethical. Any and every complaint we’ve had, has been brushed off or ignored.
