I am writing to share my positive experience with Black & Cherry Real Estate Property Management. From the beginning of our working relationship, their team has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, reliability, and care in managing my property. Their maintenance services have been executed efficiently and promptly, ensuring that tenant concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I especially appreciate the clear and consistent communication throughout each service request, including follow-ups to confirm that the tenant was fully satisfied. One of the standout features of their service is the accuracy and transparency of their data systems. The accounting tools they provide make it easy to track transactions and maintain a clear understanding of the financials between tenant and client. Black and Cherry is the best management company I have ever used and I have used many. They are honest and that's very difficult to find in a real estate management company, I would recommend them to anybody. I used them for years when I was out of state and usually I managed property myself if it is in my state, but since I moved to Las Vegas I still continue to use them as a management company, because they are that good.Black & Cherry Real Estate

We first tried managing our rental property ourselves and being out of state, it was difficult. Once we decided to go with Black&Cherry Real Estate Property Management our story changed. They found a really great tenant, our rent has been deposited on time every month, not even one day late in almost 4 years. The small maintenance issues were handled promptly and they have been fairly priced. The communication with our HOA or the tenant is very easy. Their email communication is always courteous, clear and timely. The staff is pleasant and informative. We could not be happier with how professional this Black and Cherry Real Estate Group has been throughout.Black & Cherry Real Estate

When I first started to look for a property management company I found the task daunting as there are so many out there. I reached out to a few and Black & Cherry stuck out, I thought what a unique name to have. I decided to choose them for their quick response to all my questions and for extra validation that I was making the right choice, I heard back from another property management place after I had chosen Black & Cherry and they had asked who I went with and when I told them, they told me I was in good hands. After signing on with them I was amazed at how efficient they are. The quickness for there response to anything that comes up is so much appreciated. They sent someone to my home to take before pictures of my property which felt reassuring that they are looking out for you. They truly are the best at what they do and Cassie ***** and the whole team there are amazing. I highly recommend them.Black & Cherry Real Estate
