I requested information for a site called remoteclosing.io on or around 8/10/2023. I received a phone call from a person named ****** and set up a zoom business call with the Director, ***********************. I informed him immediately of my situation, lost my job due to health problems, single mother on unemployment that was unsure when it would run out. **** promised me that once I signed up for his training course, I would be placed with a company by them, guaranteed. **** advised me that the course was usually $7,500.00 but because of my situation, he would do it for $5,500.00. I did not have enough money in my account to pay the first installment of $272.00, so **** sent me $100.00 to help make the balance via PayPal. I was then out on with ******************************* who helped get my account information. I was given a website to start reading scripts and watching modules and was instructed that I would be starting my training with *****************************. I attended all trainings and was finally ready for placement and was told to join a ************** and search for companies Id like to work for. Which I did, however, the group was all companies selling their own courses. I had correspondence with ***** a couple times, and had an interview with **************** which did not accept me. I was then told another partner would reach out, AgencyBox, so to look for an email. The email never came and I tried to reach out again to *****, but her email is now undeliverable. At this point after waiting weeks to be placed I decided I wanted a refund and to be done with the whole thing. Tried reaching out to ****** multiple times because I could.not find contact info on the website. When he finally responded, he informed me that him and **** no longer work for that company and basically said I was out of luck and blew me off. I asked, theres no ones phone or email anything?. And he said no. I have been searching to try to contact someone with no luck. Posted in FB group for help as well.
