I ordered this on February 11th. They said online delivery in 1-7 days in **. Now they are saying delivered on 24th but no delivery!!
I can not call them and they wont call me!
this is the worst online experience I have had and very poor customer service. I have asked for a refund and they refuse!

I have received this order, which took three weeks when promised 7 days. I purchased shipping insurance but did not help.
after receiving the order, the fabric was very nice but because of the time it took to get here, had to go find a replacement because of time constraints.

I purchased a kit online. The ad said I would receive an email with a link to the *** pattern once I paid for the product. I paid and have even received the fabric, but despite my emailing customer service twice, I still do not have a link to the *** pattern! I tried calling customer service, but it said to write to the email address to which Ive written to twice.Business Response

Order ****** placed October 8, 2023. Paid $52.95 for three items. I received 2 of the 3 items. The third item was $9.99. I have not received the item. The shipping label was created on October 12th. The next scan was that it arrived to a Shipping Partner Facility on 10/19. I've contacted them at least 5 times about the second shipment. I have been told by different people they would check with the team or the shipping company. The only answer was that i should receive my package between 10/25-10/28, and it still hasn't been scanned since 10/19, and I have not received the package for the third item. I have asked 2-3 times for a reship of the one item or a refund on the one item. I keep getting told they will check with the shipping service or no response at all.Business Response

Keep getting the run around as to when it will be delivered. Any phone numbers listed for them are a recording telling you to email them. There are no phone numbers that let you contact them.Business Response

I placed an order, then a pop up occurred which gave me an opportunity to buy more yardage. I did buy more, but the quantity was tripled. I emailed Love Sew immediately. I received a generated message saying that they would get back to me within a certain time frame. I immediately wrote back starting that prior to shipping the items a change needed to be done. Again the same message. I again wrote them starting to please do not ship as a mistake occurred. I then received a message within hours of placing my order that my items shipped. I wrote back to them stating why would they take the time to tell me my items have shipped when I made it very clear to hold off until we resolved the issue. I also said how could you take the time to send me the heads up that my items have shipped without a tracking number and still not take a moment to address the mistake in my order. About 22 hours later, I received the tracking number and was told to "have a good day". This company does not work with its customers and it's communication system to fix any glitches that may occur is non existent. No phone, no contact, except for what appears to be generated emails, ignoring the plea for assistance prior to shipping. This was one of the worst experiences with an on-line company I've ever had. They shipped it out without addressing any of my concerns.Business Response

We said this because there are times that we got a lot of orders, especially during the holiday season. But, as much as possible we ship orders as soon as we got them. It is tested and proven, that we had a lot of customers who are satisfied when they got their order quickly! We will issue a free return label for the items you didn't intend to order, this way you won't need to pay anything in returning them. We will anticipate your email or message as soon as you got the package. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
