    My name is ********* ****** and my husband is ******* ******. We did business with this company and paid them in full for our property at *** ****** **** ****** Henderson, NV. XXXXX. We also paid $595.00 for the 1t cleaning which we never got. They are trying to charge us more now. Which we do not want. We tried contacting this company, but, the email address was unknown.     Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/04/07) */ Hi ****, Below I have quoted the email I sent **** before he signed up, explaining exactly what he was paying for with the $595 startup fee. We sent our professional to your home on 9/17/21 and did an Evaluation and report on your Solar system. We noticed your inverter was not working so we opened a case for you to get a new inverter shipped out, and when we received the inverter, we came out, replaced, and installed it all for the $595 Startup fee. The documents I sent to your husband state that the cleaning comes with the yearly warranty package that you are billed for 6 months after the startup fee has been paid. Here is a quote from the email I sent ****. "Hello ***** As discussed here is your quote & pricing. Each package has a One-time Startup fee of $595.00 which would include the initial Solar System Evaluation, Report, Serial number recording & up to 2-hours of work if repair is needed." I have also attached the following reports and documents to the email I sent you after we spoke yesterday: Evaluation report, for the evaluation we did on 9/17/21, as well as opening a case for your broken inverter. Service Call report, for when we came to replace your old inverter and install the new inverter on 10/9/21. And the Signup document that I sent **** on 9/13/21 explaining exactly what he purchased and when the first yearly payment was due. We don't do cleanings before the package is paid for, for the risk of a customer taking the cleaning and never paying for the package. I looked in all of our phone records and my email records as well and did not see any calls or emails from you or **** on this matter. I have sent 5 emails in total since you have signed up that have my name, number, and email at the bottom. If you have any questions regarding the information I have provided, please give me a call or email back. I am truly sorry you felt as though we treated you unfairly. From our point of view, we got your solar system running when it was not working and fixed it for the price we discussed and quoted. I hope we can resolve this in a positive manor so we may continue to be the ones you can count on to keep your solar up and running since your original installer went out of business.
